  I worked with Juliana and she was terrific. I was buying a truck long distance ( I live in Arizona) and would send many messages daily. All told I think we racked up about 40 email messages over the month's time that it took for Blue Springs Ford to take delivery of the vehicle. I highly recommend Blue Springs Ford and especially Juliana. She is a pleasure to work with. Even after the purchase, Juliana followed up to see how my journey home went and how the truck performed. If I had more then two thumbs they would all be up for Juliana.

  Great prices, easy to deal with. Juliana was wonderful and helped me find exactly what I needed without a lot of sales gimmicks or difficulty. I left a different dealer where they concealed the true price of the vehicle and drove to BSF and found exactly what I wanted. A great experience thank you! Service department was also quick, easy to deal with, so much nicer than my last one thank you!!

  Couldn't have asked for better experience. Everything was on the up and up at this dealership. Staff was fun. And always kept it positive. Solid negotiations. No jumbling of numbers. No pressure for add ons. Fast through finance. Satisfied with interactions from beginning to end. Highly recommend Blue Springs Ford!
