  BMW of Barrington was amazing. My sales representative, Daniel, was outstanding. As an out-of-state buyer purchasing a used car, he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From our first phone call to meeting in person, he was personable, transparent, and professional. He made sure the car that was advertised was the exact car I received, answered all of my questions honestly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I also appreciated that the dealership followed through on what we discussed and made the buying process straightforward, with no surprises. I felt well taken care of from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel and BMW of Barrington to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

  I’ve purchased two new cars before, and this was my third — but it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Josh immediately makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The wait time was cut in half, there was absolutely no pressure, and the entire process felt smooth and stress‑free. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Honestly, it felt more like chatting with a family member than working with a salesperson. Highly recommend! By the way, we love our X1!

  Customer service could not be better. From the moment we walked in up until when we drove off the lot, we felt welcome and listened to. There wasn't the usual high pressure tactics. Angel attended to us from start to finish and it felt like we've known each other for years. The young lady (I forgot her name) that works at Genius, the department that helps customized the car setting to your liking, walked us through the set up. She was quite knowledgeable and courteous. This whole experience was admirable. Thank you guys!
