  This was my first time getting service on my vehicle. My service advisor Mark Mahowald was great. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions. He even told me where to go for a great wings...lol. The guys in the parts department were just as willing to answer my questions as well. For my first time here, I had a outstanding experience here. Great job !!!

  My wife and live in Omaha, and we couldn't find the 430i Coupe color and option packages anywhere near Omaha. We slowly expanded the radius of our search until we finally found our York Cape Green exterior with mocha interior at BMW of Bowling Green. Dell was extremely helpful and patient to deal with, as was everyone at BMW of BG. Despite the distance, I'd be hapy to work with BMW BG again. We couldn't be more pleased with our total experience with them.

  Best place to get the BMW you have always wanted, Kevin is amazing to work with! They made buying easy and actually fun. Will return and will absolutely drive the 2hrs to get another one! Thanks BMW of Bowling Green!! Will be back for a Corvette!

  I have bought and sold many cars over the years. I have dealt with more salespeople, general managers, finance managers, and service advisors than I care to admit. In all of this time, I have met a handfun of people that I have genuinely thought were experts at their craft. I contacted BMW of Bowling Green in reference to a used car that they had through Cargurus. I was immediately contacted by Jasmine who from the get go understood what real customer service truly is. She was pleasant, personable, extremely knowledgable about the process and went out of her way to answer every single question that I threw her way. When she didn't have an answer for me she was honest, told me so and immediately went to go find me an answer. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this approach instead of being fed a line simply in an effort to appease me. We shared multiple phone conversations, multiple text messages and every time I picked up the phone to call her or to answer her call, I was smiling from ear to ear. This kind of genuine attentiveness is rare in this industry and I can tell you that it extended beyond Jasmine. The business Manager Chris was polite, professional and ALMOST as equally plesant to deal with as Jasmine. It seemed as though every person that I spoke to at this dealership genuinely wanted to see me satisified with the entire purchase process more so than the car itself. That is what I call customer service in an industry where customer service is elusive. Heck, good customer service is hard to find anywhere these days. Despite living in Florida, I routinely plan on keeping BMW of Bowling Green in the forefront of my mind as I decide to add new vehicles. I cannot wait to deal with them again. I'd give the dealership six stars and Jasmine ten if Google would allow me. Buy with confidence and actually ENJOY the experience for once. Give them a shot.

  An amazing experience! I live in TN and haven’t had the best experience with the BMW dealers here. So I decided to try Bowling Greens and they did not disappoint. I went in just to look at how red leather looked and ended up a few days later coming back for my perfect car!
