  Exceptional service every time at BMW of Bridgeport. Josue Cosme always does a great job—professional, attentive, and makes the entire process smooth from start to finish. Tyrone was also very respectful and provided excellent service during transportation. Outstanding customer service, clear communication, and true professionalism all around. Highly recommend asking for Josue if you want top-notch maintenance service!

  Picked up two brand-new BMWs this summer from the Bridgeport store. Absolutely fantastic experience. These are stand up folks that make a typically painful process easy. Big shout out to Kelly Garvin and general sales manager Leo Albert. The cars are great too. I'll be back!

  BMW of Bridgeport is the ONLY place to get your BMW. Recently I leased my M4 from Bridgeport & let me tell you, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Our sales rep was Kelly & he was super personable & easy going. Kelly was focused on helping me get the right car for me & making sure the numbers worked. Kelly then involved Joe who’s the manager & he too was wonderful. He did his absolute best to make sure we crunched the numbers for the deal to go through. There was full honesty & transparency the entire time which is rare in the car industry. We then met the finance guy named Mike. He too was upfront about everything & there was no sales type push. He was strictly trying to help the customer make the best decision for them. After everything was set Jake got involved who gave us the entire run down of the tech of the car. Helped us get the BMW app & made sure we understood the tech. Set up our CarPlay & made sure we were comfortable before we drove off. Honestly, I’ve done business with Mercedes for my G63 & they were NOT this kind or thorough. BMW of Bridgeport is truly a hidden gem. They even gave us some gifts as a thank you for the purchase. These guys are the real deal! I will be back soon for another car Thank you!!

  Bought my new x3m here today and I must say the sales team is superior. Sam in sales is professional and kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Anthony explained the entire car including all the extras in great detail. He even set the mybmw app up for me and paired my phone. Mike and Joe (sales managers) ensured my experience was top notch and helped me wrap everything up at the end. I promised them cookies because they were so great 😂 Do not hesitate to buy a car from BMW of Bridgeport! Special shoutout to Chris in the collision center for the referral here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
