  I just bought my very first BMW, a pre-owned X3, and I am absolutely over the moon! After driving the exact same Sonata for over 11 years, stepping into this upgrade is literally a dream come true for me. A massive shoutout to my salesperson, Leticia Parada, and the manager, Lamar. They were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to make this the best car-buying experience possible, making me feel so valued and taken care of. They didn't just sell me an amazing SUV; they made me fall in love with the brand even more than I already was. If you're looking for a seamless, top-tier experience without the typical dealership stress, you have to go see Leticia and Lamar. I couldn't be happier with my new ride!

  I had a great experience. If you’re shopping for a new or used car go see Frantz Belizaire in sales. No games, no hassle. Quick and easy. He will make it happen. Bought my 4th car here and I’ll be back to buy my 5th.

  I give would the staff seven out of five stars if that were possible. The all stars are Roberto Rielo who was friendly, helpful and informative. He went above and beyond his job by helping me find more affordable insurance and actually filling out the forms online and processing my payment. By the way, he found Progressive with a rate less than half what AARP Hartford was charging me. The other all star was C. Hernandez in financing. He was helpful, and friendly, to the point of making recommendations as to the best add on options to buy. I ultimately bought the five year warranty. I would recommend BMW of Coconut Creek for new cars and pre-owned cars. Check out their inventory and don't be afraid to negotiate, they are very accommodating if your demands are reasonable and fair. All in all, this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in a very, very long time, and I owe it all to the two all stars and I named above as well as the sales manager who made the deal happen.

  I had a good experience overall at this BMW dealership. The cars are beautiful, modern, and definitely feel premium and “fancy.” You can tell the quality is there. The customer service was also very good — staff were attentive and helpful. However, in my opinion, the cost-benefit is quite high. BMW vehicles are very expensive, which may not be accessible for everyone. Also, the store could be more organized to improve the overall customer experience. Still, it’s a great place if you’re looking for luxury car
