a month agoLino Serrano service department gave me a wonderful experience he was very professional. He was very positive and encouraging when I found out the details about the vehicle. I must say he’s one of your top workers because he cares about your customers. Wendy With her great smile, she gave me such pleasure to pay the amount I paid. I can say she was very professional and I appreciate everything. I’ve even purchased a new vehicle. Thank you so much.

4 weeks agoBest car-buying experience I’ve had! I visited around eight different dealerships because I was trying to trade in my Ford Bronco Sport, and every place offered me a worse deal — even CarMax. This place gave me the best deal! Vlad helped me with everything, and he was great to work with. He offered me the lowest down payment, the best terms, and the best overall price. The whole process took about an hour and a half from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away in my new van. Vlad was honest, straightforward, and explained everything clearly. He didn’t pressure me or try to sell me anything unnecessary. The whole process was simple, fast, and transparent. I definitely recommend BMW of Downtown Los Angeles, especially Vlad, if you’re looking for a fair deal and a smooth car-buying experience. Thank you, Vlad ! 🙏🙂🫡

2 months agoI had an extremely disappointing experience at BMW of Downtown Los Angeles. 2026 BMW M850i, San Remo Green. MSRP: $118k. Dealership online offer: $98,906. The biggest issue was the misleading mileage information. The online listing and dealership photos showed the vehicle with 988 miles, while the CARFAX showed 991 miles. However, when I personally test drove the car, the odometer showed 2,446 miles. Nobody at the dealership could give me a clear explanation as to why there was such a major discrepancy between the advertised mileage and the actual mileage on the vehicle. Negotiations were also frustrating. Initially, they only offered about $660 off the price, which felt unreasonable considering the mileage discrepancy and the condition of the car. After I walked out, they suddenly contacted me and lowered the price by $3,000 the next day, which made the original negotiation feel dishonest and like a game. When we returned the following day, the vehicle had visible liquid stains on the door panels and rear seats and foul odor. The new car smell was completely gone. Before signing paperwork, we were told the car would be properly detailed, but the stains were still there afterward. It honestly felt like nobody cared about the presentation or condition of a six-figure vehicle. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability from management. Basic questions about who had been using the vehicle, why the mileage was so much higher than advertised, and why the stains were still present went unanswered. The manager, Persian Xerxes, seemed either uninformed or uninterested in resolving concerns professionally. The only person that I somewhat genuinely felt bad for was my sales advisor, Vlad, who appeared stuck in the middle without much authority to help. Overall, the dealership felt unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect professionalism, honesty, and att

6 months agoI recently purchased a BMW M4 Competition and the experience was absolutely amazing. Vlad and Sam helped me every step of the way and made the whole process smooth, easy, and stress-free. They were extremely hospitable, honest, and kind, and really made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. No pressure, no scams — just a straightforward and enjoyable buying experience. The car is insane and I couldn’t be happier. Sam and Vlad are truly some of the nicest, most kind-hearted people you’ll meet. 10/10 experience overall. Highly recommend!
