  I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X3 M Sport from this dealership. I had the pleasure of having Ayman Elaridi as my Sales Advisor. Ayman was very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient as we discussed what I was looking for. Ayman paid attention to details and made me feel comfortable in his responses to my questions. The car buying process is usually stressful and overwhelming for me but this time was very different. I have never felt so at ease purchasing a vehicle. The price of the vehicle was surprisingly reasonable. Ayman and the finance team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I received VIP service and absolutely LOVE my first BMW!! I highly recommend BMW of Raleigh and make sure to ask for Ayman for a seamless experience!!

  The team here did a great job of putting together a very fair deal for my daughter's new BMW purchase. Ryley was attentive, detailed, and treated us with courtesy and respect. Sales manager Ben was easy to work with and got us the deal we wanted. My daughter absolutely loves her new X1 and Ryley has already called to follow up with her and her new ride. Really good job guys!

  My husband and I had our first experience with this BMW dealership recently. It was great! We were welcomed and attended to from the beginning. Our client advisor, Ayman Elaridi, was great. He was professional, patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. We would definitely purchase again in the future.

  You can expect the truly best customer service experience by having your car serviced at BMW of Raleigh. You can also expect the mechanics to perform services perfectly and with everything to perfect OEM Spec. They will diagnose problems on your car that other mechanics might have missed. However, this comes at a premium cost, easily twice as expensive as your trustworthy neighborhood mechanic or even more. Personally, I will only go to BMW for engine service because they know the engine better than anyone else, and when I’ve got some extra money to burn. If they could make their pricing more competitive especially for their older cars like the E90 I own, it would make more financial sense to have more services performed there. They would probably come out ahead overall if they would just lower their service prices, and increase volume. My E90 is not hard to service I don’t know why they insist on charging G20 prices for an E90. My engine looks good though after the valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket replacements, and the belt tensioner pulley system is back to full capacity!

  I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a ultra low-milage Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo from BMW of Raleigh. I can honestly say it was a great and seemingly increasingly rare pleasure to deal with such an excellent group of Professionals. This team doesn't just sell cars; they curate an experience that respects both your time and your passion for a premium driving experience. To be fully transparent, there was an initial misunderstanding, but it was a mutual one and it was immediately rectified – if any it is further evidence that BMW of Raleigh stands by their commitment to meeting the needs of their customers. I want to make a special shout-out to my sales point-of-contact SPENCER JOHNSON. This man truly knows the car industry, how take care of the customer, and is willing to drive literally hundreds of miles to make things work. I also want to thank him for going out of his way after the sale by first finding, then mailing to me a special personal item that I had accidentally forgotten in my Audi A4 trade-in. This dealership stands out due to their: -Exceptional Customer Care. I never felt like "just another lead." The staff treated the entire process with genuine care and enthusiasm. -An Unrivaled Attention to Detail. When it came time for delivery, the car was absolutely flawless. -A "Red Carpet" Atmosphere. The environment is welcoming, polished, and transparent. There were no high-pressure tactics—just honest, professional guidance. -Honesty: Not once did they overpromise. BUT - they did overdeliver and I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. THE FINAL VERDICT: If you are looking for a dealership that is honest, professional, and will provide the finest customer experience then look no further. Their attention to detail and dedication to service meets the gold standard in any industry. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase and the incredible team that helped me get behind the wheel.
