  If I could give 10 stars, I would. My wife and I thought we were window shopping, so when we told our sales rep, Richard, he was very receptive and immediately there was no sale pressure but he still took the time with us. Our test drive with Richard in the car was one of the best experiences. He had a passion and knowledge for the cars and it was clear he wanted to share that with us, even if we weren't intending on buying. Jokes on us, that test drive changed everything. My wife knew we weren't leaving without that car. The negotiations were fair and took less than 20 mins! We window shopped at more than 6 BMW dealerships and this was by far the nicest one with the most inventory! The care that was taken to walk me through all the features of my new purchase was 10/10! This dealership is an hour and a half away from my home and I'd buy here again, over and over!

He is knowledgeable, truly attentive to every detail, explained financing options clearly, & made everything easy. The service was smooth & stress-free, & we felt confident in every step of the process! The dealership offers a relaxed & inviting atmosphere, which makes the entire process enjoyable.   My family has purchased numerous BMWs from Ridgefield over the last decade. Recently I purchased an X5 M60i and the service was incredible. Amazing team they have here. Dan was super informative & attentive. The BMW genius help me navigate through all the new tech. It was a painless process. Will definitely be back!

  BMW of Ridgefield is the pinnacle of car buying in the area hands down. The team attention to detail and ability to deliver a white glove service is unlike any other. Doug took care of me through this process for what is my 3rd car with the brand and if you need an advisor he’s the guy for the job! I don’t see myself buying a car anywhere else!!

  I truly couldn’t be happier with my experiences at Ridgefield BMW. Every single time I walk through the doors, I’m treated like more than just a customer I’m treated like family. Jack has been absolutely incredible throughout every purchase I’ve made. He’s knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and never once makes the process feel pressured. He genuinely cares about making sure I’m in the right vehicle and that I feel confident in my decision. That kind of consistency and integrity is rare. On the service side, Steve has taken exceptional care of all my BMWs, past and present. He’s proactive, communicative, and always makes sure everything is handled properly the first time. Knowing I have someone I can trust with my vehicles gives me total peace of mind. The entire team operates at a level that truly reflects the BMW brand professional, polished, and customer focused.
