  I had an outstanding experience working with Alejandro Cruz at BMW of South Miami. After locating a very specific vehicle that I had been searching for, I reached out to the dealership late in the evening. Given that this was a long-distance purchase and the dealership is located more than three hours from my home, I was initially concerned about how smoothly the process would go. To my surprise, Alejandro contacted me promptly the very next morning at 8:00 AM. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making the experience as seamless as possible. He quickly provided all the information I requested and went above and beyond by sending a detailed video walkthrough of the vehicle. The video thoroughly showcased both the interior and exterior, along with commentary highlighting the vehicle's features, options, and overall condition. This level of transparency gave me complete confidence in moving forward with the purchase. What impressed me most was Alejandro's communication and attention to detail throughout the entire transaction. He remained responsive every step of the way, from answering questions, coordinating financing, and ensuring all paperwork was handled efficiently, to helping arrange transportation for the vehicle. He even connected me with a trusted third-party transport company that will be delivering the vehicle at a very reasonable price, making the entire long-distance buying process incredibly convenient. As a plus, our vehicle was washed and videos were sent to us after showing us the vehicle and when it was being loaded for transportation. Thanks to Alejandro's professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer service, we were able to finalize the deal the very same day.   I had an excellent experience at BMW of South Miami. As a BMW owner for over 10 years, I was considering trading in my X6 for an X5 M60, and the team made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. During a maintenance visit about a month ago, I connected with Omar in Sales, who was incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and laid out a clear plan to help me achieve it. Coming from a previous negative experience at the South Beach location, I arrived with low expectations—but the South Miami team truly exceeded them with their professionalism, transparency, and genuine kindness. I received a very fair appraisal for my vehicle, and Eddie in the finance department was outstanding. He walked me through all available options and incentives, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident within my budget. The team really goes the extra mile to work with you.   I had a really great experience at BMW of South Miami and wanted to shout out Matheo Perea for taking such good care of me. From the start, he was super easy to talk to, kept me updated the whole time, and made sure everything was handled without any stress. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. Honestly, service like that is hard to find these days. Also big thanks to Jorge, one of the techs at BMW, for the solid work behind the scenes. Everything was done right, and it shows. Really appreciate the team here,definitely recommend BMW of South Miami if you want good, honest service.
