  Me and my husband just had The Best Car Buying experience at BMW of Tampa! We had the pleasure of working with Ty Dinh who answered all our questions and was quick to get the info we needed before we even visited the dealership. She had everything ready, helped get what we asked for and made the experience smooth and fun. Chase helped make the financial end less painless and overall everyone was very helpful and friendly!   I had only been coming to BMW of Tampa for service, but this week it was finally time to change my car. I sent inquiries to every BMW dealership in the area describing what I was looking for and BMW of Tampa did not disappoint. They were the first to respond, and not with a generic link to a website filter, but with specific models that actually matched my needs, literally within minutes. A few hours later I was already at the dealership. I did receive other offers, but Client advisor Almass Koraishi handled the entire process with the utmost professionalism and took it all the way to a deal. My situation wasn't a standard one, so there were some challenges getting the financing approved — and Almass was right there through it all, from morning until evening, gathering every piece of information that was needed. Honestly, I'm not sure the outcome would have been the same with anyone else. I had plenty to compare along the way: some dealers only called me back the next day, while at BMW of Tampa I had exactly what I wanted and on excellent terms within hours. A huge, special thank you once again to Almass and her colleagues!

  I had a great experience buying my Honda HR-V thanks to saleswoman Tu! From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, efficient, and friendly. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Two weeks later and I’m still so happy with my car and the service I received. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers and makes car buying easy, I highly recommend asking for Tu!

  I had an amazing experience at this dealership while trading in my BMW X4 for a Mercedes-Benz GLE 53. I want to give a special shout-out to Cameron. Even though we speak Spanish and he speaks English, he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood everything and stayed with us until the very end. His manager was also fantastic and very supportive. If you want someone professional who truly cares about his customers, ask for Cameron. We are so happy with our new car!"

  5 stars across the entire sales team at BMW of Tampa, specifically Amir, Ahmed! Amir was our salesman was incredibly informative about the vehicle, patient with us making our decision and educated us throughout the process. He was professional, courteous and real. You can ask for anything more than that! Special shout out to Ahmed who was down to earth, helpful, supportive and honest. Great leadership ! Honorable mention to Gabe who lent us his time on superbowl Sunday to re-test drive so we knew for sure which vehicle we we're going to go with. Thanks again to all, we will be back soon and this team (Amir and Ahmed) have made my family customers for life !
