Went here intending to purchase a new Honda Civic and left disappointed with the experience. Even with a trade-in worth around $4,000 and willingness to put money down, I was only presented lease options on the vehicle I actually came in to buy. I was not given a financing option for the Honda Civic I wanted, so I declined and left. The following day, I received a voicemail encouraging me to consider a Mitsubishi SUV with over 20,000 miles, which was not what I came in for. I also continued receiving credit inquiry alerts from them after declining the offer for the lease, despite not requesting financing options on any other vehicles. That same day I went to Pat Peck Honda and purchased the exact car I wanted: a 2026 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring Hybrid using only my trade-in, with a reasonable monthly payment and a low APR. Two days later they called (to ask about the Mitsubishi they left a voicemail about) I informed this dealership that I had purchased the same exact new car at Pat Peck Honda. The employee I spoke with LAUGHED and abruptly ended the call. Unprofessional to say the least! That confirmed for me that the issue was not my ability to buy the car, but how this dealership handled the sale and customer service. I would NOT recommend this location based on my experience. If you are shopping for a Honda, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion elsewhere. My experience with Pat Peck Honda Gulfport was amazing they had me in the car I wanted in just a couple hours! Fortunately, another dealership valued my business! Here’s my blue beauty 💙 Definitely NO THANKS to you guys! DO BETTER!
