  I recently purchased a 2026 Kia K5 GT line AWD from Bob Johnson Kia in Henrietta. The experience I had here exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Car buying can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team at Bob Johnson made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. I'd like to give a special thank you to my salesperson, Chelsea Contin, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt confident in my decision, and never made me feel pressured. Her professionalism and friendly approach truly stood out. I'd also like to recognize the sales manager, Allen Grueber, who was equally helpful and accommodating. He worked extremely hard with me and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s clear that he values customer satisfaction and runs a strong team. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience or my new 2026 Kia K5 GT line.   I dropped by Bob Johnson Kia to purchase by dream vehicle, a Kia K5. My assigned sales rep was helpful, friendly and constructive. It took about 35 minutes to closed the deal at a mutually satisfactory price. I was assigned a credit manager and support technician who were professional and courteous. My follow up appointment to get coached on a few technology features went smoothly.

  Great! It's no wonder they have the title of best dealership in the United States! Definitely a great experience, prices to suit your needs, and payment plans that fit your income. Honestly, a really good experience… and that's not even mentioning the great help Scott gave us! Wow!! He explained each plan in detail, listened to us, and based on our needs, found us the perfect car. Within a few hours, we were already driving our brand new car! Thanks, guys!!
