  I visited Bob Moore kia to look for a car that I needed. I found a 2021 Toyota 4runner with the help of Arthur the salesman. He made buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a car, no matter what brand new or old, give Bob Moore Kia a chance they have a huge selection of both. Im glad I stopped in just to "look". I just wanted to thank Arthur, and all the other people at the dealership that helped me out. I appreciate it.

  Had a great experience buying my new Kia Tellurude at Bob Moore Kia! Everyone was kind and helpful! Taylin did a great job in always returning my calls and texts. Answering all questions. And suggested tint on windows which I would have forgotten. And love it!

  I don't normally write reviews but we had such an amazing purchasing experience with Bob Moore Kia Northwest and their entire team, Eddie Ramirez, Trey in Finance, Jacob Wells and their service department, I had to leave a comment. They have completely changed my opinion of buying cars and using service departments. I stopped in to help my son with a routine service on his Kia and immediately noticed how wonderful their service department was that I asked to test drive a Sportage. Eddie Ramirez assisted me and he was so knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and patient with my questions. Even after I left the dealership to consider other options, he was extremely. responsive and did not pressure my decision. He, along with Trey and Jacob, made the purchasing experience quick and easy. I was able to complete almost everything online and then was in and out of the dealership in under 20 minutes (from trading in my vehicle and driving off). On top of that, their service department cannot be beat in terms of communication and assistance. It will make you never want to purchase anything besides a Kia from Bob Moore and have it serviced there. Thank you Bob Moore team!
