  There cannot be many souls who actually look forward to a car buying experience with a dealership, but it is a necessary endeavor that must be taken from time to time. I have been playing this game for more than 50 years now and never has anyone come close to making this as painless as Bob Utter's team. From the sale to the trade-in and routine service after the sale, this has been by far the best overall experience we have ever had...ever.

  I would run from this dealership, very deceptive trade practices. Vehicle is listed online for a certain price, if there has been add ons they expect you to pay for them regardless if you want them or not. Ex: car mats, can easily be taken out. I shouldn’t have to pay for something I don’t want on/in the car! We were never given a finance interest rate or the name of the institutions, only a chart to pick what payment best suited us. None of them worked for us, we walked out but I still wanted that vehicle at the online price. I seeked outside financing at a reasonable rate, I secured that financing and they would not discount or take off the add ons because I got outside financing!!! I went south and bought the same vehicle with a few more add ons at a better price and had a great experience with Huffines Kia in McKinney!

  I went for my vehicle’s first maintenance service. I made an appointment and there was zero waiting. I was treated kindly and the service was speedy. I was surprised at how affordable the oil change/tire rotation was as I expected much higher dealer prices. I also wasn’t pressured into purchasing more than what I was there for and I appreciate that. The lobby was immaculate and not cluttered or dingy. I will continue to return to Bob Utter Kia for service and maintenance as long as I receive the same quality of work and customer service.

  I highly recommend Bob Utter Kia to anyone looking for a reliable car dealership. The reason for my high rating is the exceptional service provided by both the salesman and the finance person. They were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, which made the car-buying process much less stressful. There was no pressure from either of them, which was a huge relief. Additionally, the tech guy was a true expert in his field and ensured that we fully understood the technology behind the car. His clear and concise explanations made it easy for us to grasp the features and benefits of the vehicle.

  We drive in from OKC. Jim Brennan was super easy to deal with. He gave us a very fair price over the phone. No hassle, no hidden anything! Finance was was an unusually easy process as well. Iykyk! They had the car ready for us and were in an out in under an hour, with most of that time being a very thorough demonstration of all the features.
