  I purchased a car in 2025 with Gap and an extended warranty. I reached out to Jaime about the car I found on their website. They even stayed over to accommodate my schedule. I really appreciated his transparency and ethic behind connecting customers to a car. I was in high need and it was urgent, they made sure the car would fit my situation as best as possible. The rest of the sales team were also supportive as a took a while asking questions, and understanding any costs. I was fortunate to get approved for a loan through my bank. The financial department was also transparent and helped me understand that coverage I would get. I never want anything to happen to my car ( I love it so much !) but I have a lot of peace of mind. If you want an honest and ethical dealership, this is the one. 8 months later, my car is in great condition. The dealership will not give you superficial cars, they ensure the car is 100% maintained. I'm a very critical consumer from being burned by other dealerships, and they were very understanding of that. They have a lot of integrity and in this current moment in time that's very rare. 20/10 would purchase another car here.

  Just purchased a Toyota Camry from Bonander , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment my partner and I walked in, the staff Jaime and Gilbert were really friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. They listened to my questions and answered them all , and never made me feel pressured. The sales process was smooth and transparent. I appreciated how upfront they were about pricing and financing options. They worked with me to get a great deal that fit my budget, and were really patient.

  Gilbert made buying my new Denali truck easy and delivered it to me and best of all he kept his word and everything was legit and the manager was very friendly and helpful during the whole process I recommend Bonander GMC to anyone looking for a car or truck suv

  I don’t have any issues with the service but my vehicle was left unlocked with the windows down and keys sitting on the center console after hours. There was nobody around and nobody challenged me when I got to my vehicle. Anyone could have taken it! It shows either a complete lack of respect for my property or complete incompetence.
