  I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience with Jonathon and Guido at Brandon Hyundai. I don't usually buy vehicles from dealerships because I've always been hesitant about the process, especially with how pushy salesman can be but that was not the case here; they completely changed my perspective. From the very beginning, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which meant a lot to me. Jonathon took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way, taking me out on NUMEROUS test drives; while Guido went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free, adhering to what was important to me as a customer. What stood out the most was how much they truly cared—not just about making a sale, but about making sure I was happy with my decision. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made this one of the best customer service experiences I've had. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and thanks to Jonathon and Guido, it turned into a genuinely enjoyable experience.   I loved my experience at Brandon Hyundai! My sales consultant was Omar Rodriguez. He was very patient & helpful with my son, helping him pick the perfect car! He made sure my son was comfortable with all the features of his new car before we left the dealership. Overall, best experience I’ve had at a dealership! Thank you Omar & Brandon Hyundai!!

  My experience with Brandon Hyundai has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a 2022 Ford F-150 on December 19, and since then the dealership has completely failed to properly process the title and registration. After several months, the vehicle still does not appear registered in my name in the Florida DMV system. Because of this, I have already received multiple temporary tags and my current tag is expired. The vehicle has been parked for weeks without being able to use it, and it is literally covered in pollen because I cannot even drive it to wash it. The situation has been made worse by the lack of communication from the dealership: • The salesperson stopped answering my calls after the purchase. • From the first day I had an issue with the proximity sensor in the vehicle, and when I tried to schedule a service appointment I never received any help or response. • The finance department only contacts me when they need documents, but when I request updates about my registration or title, my emails and messages are ignored. I have provided every document they requested, including paperwork from Arkansas and proof of taxes paid, yet the dealership still has not completed the title transfer. To make matters worse, the vehicle was negotiated around $36,000, but the financing was loaded with additional products and insurance of about $7,000, bringing the total close to $50,000. At this point my vehicle has been sitting unusable while I continue paying my loan and insurance every month. This has been the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Brandon Hyundai think twice before doing business here.

  Let’s talk about Brandon Succes at the Brandon Hyundai dealership. He was nothing short of amazing. He was toggling between a few customers at the same time as us just because that’s how life happens but he was attentive, responsive to our questions, and still made us feel like we were his only client. Hours had passed as we were trying to complete the paper work for the deal and even though that wasn’t his area, he waited way past closing time to make sure we were good and all was well as we departed with the vehicle. I’ve been in hospitality & costumer service for over 2 decades, I can confidently say, Brandon IS genuine service.

  My husband and I had such a great experience at Brandon Hyundai! We originally went there for a specific car, but unfortunately it had already been sold by the time we arrived. However, everything worked out even better thanks to Roccio. She stepped in right away and helped us find something that ended up being perfect for us—a 2020 Ford EcoSport with very low mileage. Most importantly, she made sure we stayed within our budget, which meant a lot to us. What really stood out was how genuine she was. Roccio wasn’t pushy or shady at all—she truly seemed happy for us and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. You can tell she actually cares about her customers, and that’s rare. We absolutely loved working with her and would highly recommend asking for Roccio if you go to Brandon Hyundai!
