  I had an outstanding experience purchasing my car thanks to Brandy and Billy at Brenham Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond by staying late after closing to assist me. They took the time to fully understand what I was looking for without any pressure. Brandy answered all my questions clearly and guided me through the entire process with professionalism and a friendly approach.   I can’t say enough about this dealership! Awesome experience! Love my jeep! Scott and Brandi made the process go smoothly! I did this whole deal over the phone! I live a good distance from them and that’s not a problem- you can arrange in the deal for them to deliver to you! Stress free!

  ****UPDATED REVIEW***** I wanted to post a follow-up to my previous review. While our experience initially was extremely frustrating and drawn out, I can now say that all issues with our vehicle have been fully resolved. Matt, the owner of the dealership, personally stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. Once he became involved, he took our concerns seriously, ensured the remaining problems were properly addressed, and made sure our vehicle was finally repaired the way it should have been from the start. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and accountability Matt showed in handling this situation. It meant a lot to us to see an owner stand behind his business and take responsibility to ensure the customer was taken care of. Thank you, Matt, for your professionalism and for ultimately turning a very stressful situation into a resolved one. Your dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the extra care you showed in the end. ******PAST REVIEW**** Took our vehicle in for a faulty engine issue, was told our vehicle needed a new engine. Was quoted 20 hours for the repairs. When asked for a rental was denied. Our vehicle was in their shop for over 2 months!! What should have only taken A couple of days for the repairs was done in two months!! Again no rental giving When we called up there our calls were always ignored and no update was ever giving, when we finally got an update it was just them going around in a circle. After we finally got our vehicle back within the first hour our car had to be towed back to the dealership because the technician didn’t secure a transmission hose correctly and caused all the transmission fluid to leak out, leaving my wife and son stranded. Second time was due to the fuel line popping off, aging due to the technician not securing the fuel line retaining clip correctly, yet again leaving my wife and kids stranded. Third and fourth times were for the same reason, coolant and oil leaking and tools le

  Honest,helpful and friendly. I got the best deal in Texas in my opinion. Brandy and Dan also waited for me from Copperas Cove with me getting lost. I would recommend Brenham Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

  We drove in from out of town and they did fine work being transparent about a few issues with the truck we bought. They made sure to help us understand the process, with it being our first vehicle to purchase on our own. I had researched prior to avoid getting taken but this truly was an honest and helpful experience. Highly recommend the dealership. Price was good as well
