  I had a great experience with Fernando, the service consultant at Kia. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process really easy from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed without feeling pressured. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers, but Fernando definitely does. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and in a timely manner, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. Highly recommend asking for Fernando if you’re going to Kia Service—he really goes above and beyond!

  Great buying experience. Walked in on Friday and drove a few cars with zero intent on buying until next month. There was zero pressure from the sales side, Jahree, who I couldn’t recommend more to buy a car from. I slept on it and really liked the car, staff, and experience I had, and walked in Saturday and closed a very fair deal. I highly recommend Bridgewater Kia

  I truly enjoyed my Certied PreOwned Kiacar buying experience at Kia Bridgewater. I had my previously owned Kia serviced at this location for 7 years. I'm so grateful and highly recommend Kia Bridgewater sales and service. My sales rep, Jahree and the entire team are amazing. I can't thank them enough.

  I had an outstanding experience at Bridgewater, and I cannot say enough good things about the team there. Riley was absolutely amazing. He was honest, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with from start to finish. There was no pressure at all, just clear communication and a smooth, straightforward process. I came in already knowing which Kia K5 I wanted, and Riley made everything seamless. From choosing the car to completing all the paperwork, the entire process took about an hour. Everything was explained clearly, with no surprises or unnecessary delays. I also want to give a big thank you to Inki, who was great to work with and really helped make the deal come together. He worked with us to get everything signed and finalized, making the closing process just as smooth and stress free. This is exactly how a dealership should be run. Efficient, transparent, and customer focused. Riley and Inki both set a great example of what excellent service looks like. Thank you again for such a great experience:)
