  I purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage Hybrid on Feb 16th 2026 in Topeka Kansas at Briggs KIA. The sales lady and the finance Manager were kind & professional along with Sterling who did our final paper work. Sterling is a guy...not a place. I was treated kindly without the typical hype or sales pushing. Crystal who works there, helped us tremendously and let us test drive the vehicles we liked. They have a nice showroom and coffee for free and water in bottles for customers. My experience was flawless, easy & FUN. Crystal was a joy to talk with ., she's a pretty AWESOME GAL..if they ever let her GO, then they're brain damaged. She's polite , professional, and a joy to be around. We got the Sportage for a great price and they stayed in my range of payments I could make. There were no SURPRISES as in gouging the customer for excess money, they kept to their word. No hidden fee's or hassles. The staff went out of their way to make us happy. Their lot is clean, along with their cars. Their selections of vehicles are great!!!... I traded in my 2020 Acadia and got a price higher for it than I expected..so, they are very Fair as far as trade in prices are concerned. There are discounts and rebates available on new vehicles, so..ask about those. There was a small tiny scratch on the front left quarter panel of my Sportage and the body shop fixed it and did it for free and their work is above and beyond great. I have zero complaints and will be buying a future vehicle from them again. They are helpful and kind people. Briggs KIA prides themselves on their prices and professionalism and they stick to their word. If you want a great vehicle and a great price, take your business THERE!!!..   I rarely write reviews, but Randy Morehead at Briggs Kia in Topeka absolutely deserves one. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Randy made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and completely pressure-free. From the first conversation to driving off the lot, he was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. What impressed me most was how much he cared about the customer experience. He took the time to answer every question, explain every option, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into a decision. That’s rare in today’s car market. It’s easy to see why Randy is nationally ranked. His product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are outstanding. He goes above and beyond in a way that sets him apart from other sales professionals I’ve worked with.   Amazing customer service and everyone was very helpful. It has been many years since I have financed a car so I had a ton of anxiety, but they made me feel at ease and did not push back when I needed time to think. Thank you to everyone at Briggs Kia for the great experience purchasing my Telluride! A special thanks to Elijah as he took time on his day off to come in to complete the process because I needed more time to think about it! Much appreciated sir!

  We had an exceptional experience working with Chris Rowe at Briggs. I have 4 kids so it was important to me that we had the template of a deal before a loaded up the crew to spend time at a car dealership. Chris communicated me beforehand to ensure we didn’t waste either of our times and make the process as seamless as possible. I have a two year old and feel like Chris did little things such as personally printing off coloring sheets to keep him busy. I feel like Chris truly cared and worked to create a deal that worked for both parties. I would recommend Briggs and specifically asking for Chris Rowe if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
