  I had a great experience at Brookings Auto Mall! Rob Schmidt made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. I drove 4 hours to pick up my new ride, and I was in and out in only about 25 minutes. Everything was ready to go when I arrived, and Rob was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother buying experience. Highly recommend Brookings Auto Mall and be sure to ask for Rob!

  Dylan was absolutely fantastic to work with! I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but Dylan made the process stress free. I had a car that was a maintenance nightmare and I needed something reliable. He was patient and listened to me when I told him what I needed. He found me the perfect car and got the process done quickly and efficiently. Everyone there was great to work with. Highly recommend working with Dylan. My husband and I will be going to him with any future vehicle purchases!

  I had to take my truck in for a sudden irregularity and the operation of one of the windows and they were courteous and got it into the shop very quickly. Even though I didn't have an appointment provided a courtesy ride for me. It was a very positive experience
