  I love how Pancho treated me and my vehicle with care and respect from the onset. He made sure that all my concerns were addressed and provided me with complete professional assistance. In this day and time it’s hard to find people with zeal and compassion in the automotive industry. Also, if you’re in the market to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle, Brown Buick GMC is the place to be plus they have an Amazing Salesman named Mike Moreno who will help you with an affordable, reliable and easy deal.

  I am beyond grateful to have had Christian as our salesman at Brown. He just sold my fiancee and I a 2026 GMC Terrain. Throughout the entire process Christian kept solid communication and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. He wasn’t pushy whatsoever and even came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. The entire finance team was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable on how to close the deal. Thank you to everyone at Brown who put time and effort towards this. I will be a customer for life.

  Jamie Hollingsworth was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped my family find the perfect car, and we couldn’t be happier with our Buick Envista. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. While our vehicle was in transit, the staff at Buick went above and beyond by providing us with a loaner, which made everything so much easier for our family. We were taken care of quickly and professionally, and the process was efficient—we were truly in and out in a timely manner. Jamie’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had.   My husband and I went up last Saturday to Amarillo for an early mother's day weekend. He dropped me off to get my nails done and he sent me a photo of a beautiful GMC that he found at Brown GMC dealership. We went and looked at it and he fell in love with it! He had been looking for about 6 months for a new vehicle, but nothing hit him until this one. The sales representative and the financial department were absolutely amazing!!! It was Jud, Nick and James. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. My husband got the truck of his dreams and it wouldn't have happened without the amazing staff at Brown GMC. We highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go by there. They definitely have a forever customer with us! Thanks again!

  Best place to purchase a vehicle, hands down. Jason Stroope was phenomenal in his knowledge and help with my out of town purchase as well as Michael Morales and Mike Moreno. John Thurlow, the Finance Manager, streamlined the paperwork for my purchase of my new GMC C1500, SLT pick up truck. Truly a no hassle purchase both times. I am referring everyone I know to Brown Buick. This is my second purchase from them. Words cannot truly describe how wonderful this dealership is, well worth the drive :)
