  Jeremy in sales didn’t even try, though we had an agreement and down payment. There are 5 nationwide matches. Just gave up when the other dealer wouldn’t return his call. Didn’t even check on the other 4 matches. Chrysler was no help. Since this was a legally binding agreement, I will contact the FTC, district Attourney, BBB, and consumer protection. This is why dealers have a bad reputation. No accountability.

  Charged $1300 labor for a $150 fix, decided to do more and charge us more to replace things we didnt tell them to replace. Inspected and fixed for $1800, just to break down again a week later.

  My wife and I recently leased a brand new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and had a phenomenal experience. We worked with Jay and he made the process smooth and answered all of our questions, which was helpful because we are new to leasing. Jeremy was also great dealing with our trade-in and the finance piece of the deal. I recommend going to this dealership, especially for Jeep Wranglers.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after working with Eric Roda in the service department recently. Twice in the last month I needed to bring my vehicle in and Eric’s customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. He welcoming, friendly, transparent, and does everything in his power to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible without compromising the quality of work done. He communicates regularly with updates and I have been very appreciative of him and his professionalism each time I pull off the lot. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for your servicing needs!

  5 stars specifically to Eric and the service center. I've had 2 repairs needed on my jeep this year, and Eric Roda has helped me both times. I appreciate his transparency, wonderful communication, and patience. My repairs have been completed in a timely manner as well. Comparing to Jeep service I experienced in another part of state, Brubaker service WOWed me. We did interface with sales a little bit when we were considering a new vehicle purchase, and our experience there was a little lack luster. Feels like you're in a used car lot kind of atmosphere and not what you'd expect from a dealer atmosphere.
