  ⭐ 1/5 Drove three and a half hours one way to buy a service bed from this dealer. When I posted looking for one, I included a picture of Norstar's current redesigned SD bed — the new model with all the updated features. Buchanan responded that they had one and matched the price I'd been quoted on a brand new current-model bed elsewhere. What was actually on their lot was the old-style bed — the previous-generation design Norstar has since replaced — and it had been sitting outside for roughly two years. Rust forming on the hardware, light lenses fogged over, rotted wood on the deck. Advertised as the new model, priced as the new model, and it was neither new nor the current design. When I pointed out to the salesman that they had to know it was a 2-year-old bed, his answer was "yeah, that's why we're trying to get rid of it." They knowingly represented outdated, weathered inventory as a new current-model bed to a customer they knew was driving seven hours round trip. No apology, no offer to make it right — not even a tank of fuel for wasting my entire day. It doesn't stop there. The bed featured in their own Facebook advertising is an install done by Raskull Beds out of Seminole, TX — the outfitter's branding is visible right on the bed in their photo. They're marketing their bed installs using another shop's work. If you deal with this dealership on truck beds: get the model year, design generation, and photos of the actual unit in writing before you drive out. Verify everything.

  Went in enquiring about a specific used suv. Niko the salesman was so helpful. Down to earth yet very professional with a sense of humor as well. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but he made it pleasurable. He understood my needs and was helpful in getting me in the vehicle at the price I wanted. You can’t beat their 10 year/100,000 mile powertrain warranty on used vehicle’s under 60,000 miles. Dan was great as well and helped him close the deal and I was in vehicle and driving it off the lot in no time. All around smooth transaction. Highly recommend!

  Contacted Buchanan salesman Henry about an advertised 2024 Ram2500. He reassured us it was available and in good shape. We told him we were interested. He sent us back a video of a white Ram. I responded that's not something we we're interested in. I returned a picture of something newer and stated we were looking for something more along these lines while stressing were more interested on the used RAM. We set an appointment and before our feet hit the ground he wanted to know how we wanted the new truck titled. When we inquired about the used RAM we were told it was sold that morning and gone. Upon test driving the new truck (after being discouraged from looking at anything else) we decided to purchase the new truck. During our time seated my husband had several interactions with other salesman ONLINE who verified the used vehicle was never sold and still available. After purchasing our new truck we rode past the used lot and there it sat on the front line. To this day we are getting videos from the dealership saying it is available. So who's lying. We bought our first new RAM in 2016 and it was a positive experience with great trust which is why we came back. I can honestly say it was extremely disappointing and I don't like being lied to my face.

  Trenton was an amazing salesman and listen extremely well to what I was looking for. Needless to say he accepted the challenge and managed to get me to purchase a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe.

  Buchanan Auto Park has proven to be the best dealership within the TRI state areas with the highest level of integrity and reliability. Shout out to the Salesman Big Hoss for his outstanding service, who is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that they are associated with. This gentleman cares about his customers and their preferences. I purchased a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn and it was an amazing experience.
