  I initially went in for service on my previous car that I bought from another place, ended up getting nothing done as I needed approval from the other company with the warranty, anyway — excellent experience and customer service! I ended up buying a new car the SAME day, and I’ve absolutely enjoyed the entire experience, my salesman, finance manager, and service department. Everyone is amazing, receptive, with outgoing attitudes. I did not feel the need to haggle on pricing at all, it was well priced compared to competitors already. Lovely experience ++ Once the building is upgraded, they will be even better. Thank you, Rick!

  We had a great experience at the Buchanan Kia Dealership. Everyone was very friendly, especially Nathan who went on our test drive and was our main contact. Nathan was very knowledgeable about Kia Carnival and answered all of our questions. He wasn't too pushy and worked with us once we decided what car we wanted. Even the financial process was easy. We would highly recommend this dealership over the Owings Mills Dealership. The Buchanan Kia building was going through some renovations when we were there, but the staff makes up for the appearance of the building.

  Bernadette and Tom were amazing. The communication with Bernadette during the day was great, she was on top of every detail and question that I had. She helped me to find the right car for me and Tom was great explaining the loan and helping me to get my payment under my budget. I would trust them to buy more cars in the future for sure.

  Great till I realized they falsely advertised trucks towing capacity on the internet and bellow are the screenshots to prove it. I asked them multiple times I needed something to tow a minimum of 30,000 lbs.. They assured me up and down their truck could tow 37,000 lbs and on their website it was advertised for 32,930 lbs. Took it to ram to make sure and it turns out it's not properly equipped to tow anywhere to what they said by running the vin and visually checking if it had the comercial aisin trasmission and it turns out Buchanan Kia lied and the truck they sold me can only tow 19,500 lbs which it's almost half of what they said. THEY LIED AND BELOW IS ALL THE PROOF!

  They honored their posted online price, which I suppose is worth a star. They didn't waste too much of our time, which gets them another one. The problem is the repeated lying. When we got home and discovered that our car didn't include a charging cord, we called and spoke with the salesman. His story changed from "it's in the trunk, just look under the spare tire," to "they're not included when you buy the car new," both of which were blatant lies. His final answer (on yet another phone call) was "you bought it as-is, you're out of luck." Got it. Neither manager bothered to return my phone call (even the one who promised me that he would look into it and get back to me). I will never return to this scummy operation. (Added for clarification: There are zero inaccuracies in my review. The salesman's statement that new Toyotas don't come with charging cords was his way of telling us that we shouldn't expect our used Toyota to include an accessory that hadn't come with the car when it was new. That statement by him, along with many of his other statements, was a lie.)
