  I just recently bought my first EV at Bud Baer Subaru and I couldn’t be happier with the service and experience I had with Larry and Dylan on the purchase. We had a minor issue with the car on the lot that I wanted so they worked behind the scenes and were able to find one for me in another location exactly like I wanted and worked out a way to bring it in. This is my second Subaru purchase from Bud Baer and both times I received a very fair deal with my trade and purchase and never felt pressured. They were very patient with my negotiations, no arrogance and responsive. So if you are in the market for a Subaru check them out they are family owned and you can tell the difference.

  Awesome experience..My salesman was the best Nicholas Putman.Very helpful in each step towards my goal to owning a Subaru..Financial team were very informative and ease of handling my transition was great.I had been to bud Baer before many years back with my father when I was much younger,who has since passed away.My experience back then was the same as this time great people and great experience in purchasing a vehicle.Thankyou Bud Baer.

  Every single person at Bud Bear Buick GMC in Washington, PA was absolutely AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in, we asked to see Bruce Borelli. While waiting for him, Joei Barchiesi approached us—and I’m so glad she did. She was confident, professional, and eager to help. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but Joei took the time to walk me through all the options. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. If she didn’t know something, she immediately found the answer. That meant so much to me. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, Joei made it happen. She found the exact car with all the features I was looking for. Along with Bruce and new car manager Adam Collins, they worked together to figure out what was best for me financially. They were completely transparent throughout the entire process, answering every question I had. That level of honesty and communication is everything to me. After everything was finalized, I worked with Jack Francis to complete the paperwork. He was just as great—thorough, easy to talk to, and never pushy. He explained everything clearly and made the final steps smooth and stress-free. My experience with this dealership was truly top notch. I highly recommend Bud Bear Buick GMC.

  I took my 2020 Cadillac xt6 to Budd Baer GMC right on Murtland Ave to have my transmission fluid flushed and filled as part of the scheduled maintenance for my vehicle and I was very pleased with their service. Their technicians were very helpful and friendly as well as professional. My transmission shifts nice and smooth after they flushed out the old fluid. Also, staff did not try to upsell me with additional services I didn't need. I was also very surprised that my bill was on the low side of what I was expecting to pay, compared to other places I called before I made my appointment with Budd Baer. I definitely recommend their service for anybody with a GM vehicle in Washington County that needs service done on their ride. I will be using them again for future maintenance on my Caddy.

  I recently purchased a brand new 2026 GMC Sierra from this dealership—my first time buying a new vehicle. The entire process was incredibly smooth thanks to Joei’s outstanding support. Joei was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She patiently walked me through all the trim levels and options, answering every question I had. Joei and the team worked hard to get me the price and payment I wanted, while ensuring we felt well taken care of and completely satisfied with our purchase.I couldn’t be happier with the truck and the experience. I would definitely buy here again.
