3 months agoWe had a very good experience in buying our new Jeep at Burdick Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at Drivers Village. No pressure to buy, all questions answered to our satisfaction. Our Sales Specialist, Lance Mann made the purchase of our Jeep quick and easy and took care of us with great care. Thank you Lance, we are very happy and I love my Jeep!

3 months agoJB, our salesman, was fantastic! He helped us explore multiple options—not just from Jeep, but also other brands at DV—to make sure we found the best fit. He really listened to my budget and worked hard to find the best vehicle and deals to match my needs. There was a small hiccup during the final sale, but the finance and management teams truly stepped up. This is the only reason I did 4 stars and not 5. They did go above and beyond to make things right and ensure I felt comfortable and satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciate all of their efforts and support throughout the process. I am very happy with my Wrangler and satisfied with the overall sales experience.

a month agoBought a brand new car from them last year. Worse decision I have ever made. Sales person didn’t have the gas tank filled the car washed or even explain the vehicle at all. I bought the extended warranty since jeeps are known for electrical issues. I have had radio issues multiple times since getting the vehicle. Made appointments for a certain time to be told it won’t be seen for hours, why make an appointment at a specific time? No loaner the first time even though there was zero explanation it is completely under warranty. I also had them perform a NYS inspection since it was time and let them know that the brakes were acting a little funny. I was told it would be $25.99 to check the brakes, yet the NYS inspection requires you to check the brakes. So why would I be charged? Denied them to look at the brakes for the charge. I then pick up the car later that day, no charges given the keys and walked away happy. Following day I am called and being told I owe them money? For what I asked I was told there was no charge. They told me either to come in and pay now or give a credit card over the phone. Yea no thanks I told them I would pay the $10 bill the next time I was in there I was told that was unacceptable by the billing department. Yea because that is completely on me for not being told I owed anything. Have the problem with the radio again get made an appointment with a loaner this time since it occurred 2 days after being seen there the last time. Yesterday I brought my car in with zero damage to the front, but yet when I pick it up damage to the front…. I immediately let the advisor who was helpful and let me know the service manager would be in touch. I get a call around 830 this morning to be told it came in with the damage and was marked. Where? I am very particular with my vehicle where I don’t even allow them to go through the car washed because it has brushes. I told him I wanted to see the paperwork where it said I had damage. He asked if the correct e

2 months agoMy service experience was FANTASTIC! Elizabeth Wright handled my service followup paperwork thoroughly and completely. She then accompanied me to the parts counter to assist me ordering the parts required to complete my repair. Parts Manager Derek Muller worked tirelessly to order the necessary parts to complete my repair as soon as possible, even searching various options so that the parts would arrive designated for me when they arrived at the dealership. It was obvious that they both were determined to guarantee my complete SATISFACTION with my service experience! I recommend this service department as one of the BEST !!!

6 months agoAs I pulled up to the Driver's Village Dodge Ram Jeep dealership, the young man who would wind up assisting me was pulling up, as well, in the vehicle I had indicated I wanted to buy. This was the first in-person view I had of the vehicle I had my heart set on, and also my introduction to Josh. Having spent many hours at different dealerships throughout my long driving life, this visit was a completely new experience for me. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I explained to Josh exactly what I wanted, how much money I wanted to put down, where I needed my payments to be. He had them run the numbers for a ballpark number, 3 different options of varying degrees, and I made my choice. Credit check run, good to go. I have to say, I was nervous when I decided I was going to buy a new car and that I needed to visit a dealership. What a happy surprise for me that everything was absolutely smooth sailing from start to finish. I can honestly say that, should I decide to make another vehicle purchase in the future, I will most definitely be visiting DV Dodge Jeep Ram again. Thank you, again, Josh! Most sincerely, Linda
