  My experience with Burdick Kia was a very pleasant experience. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. Zen was very informative and answer every question I had. I'm about to do my first charging. I love my plug in Sportage it's a blast to drive, I made the right decision. Thanks, this car is awesome!!

  Burdick Kia in Driver's Village, Cicero was very busy the day my husband and I stopped in to take a look at the new 2026 Kia Seltos. I was impressed with our sales rep Zen LaPointe who remained courteous and professional during the entire busy afternoon he spent with us. While I test drove the Seltos S, they took my trade-in for an inspection. The trade-in value was fair which made for a smoother transaction. I decided on a bit of an upgrade and went with the Seltos EX. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and the smooth ride. The DMV was closed during this time frame so pick-up for the vehicle was scheduled for a few days later. Again, Zen was so pleasant to work with as he guided me through the particulars of the car. I am a happy KIA owner and would definitely recommend Burdick Kia.

  Everyone at burdick Kia were extremely helpful and amazing to work with. Marques Wright was who I worked with directly and he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I traded in my 2019 GMC Acadia and left with a new 2027 KIA Telluride in their new black jade green color and I couldn’t be happier! If you find yourself in the market for a new vehicle I would 100% recommend burdick Kia and ask for Marques!

  My family has been doing business with the Burdicks for years. This is our first Kia which our sales representative Zen made very enjoyable and stress free. I’ve worked in the industry for close to 40 years and this organization has always been supportive and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in purchasing or seeking help with repairs.

  We recently purchased a Kia from Zen, and it was by far the best car-buying experience we've had. Buying a car is something I typically dread but Zen made the entire process seamless. He was an excellent communicator, informative, and incredibly organized. He kept us updated throughout the process, answered all of our questions, and made everything feel streamlined and easy from start to finish. What is usually a time-consuming and stressful experience was actually a pleasure thanks to Zen's professionalism and attention to detail. We love our new car and are so grateful for all of his help. I can't recommend working with Zen enough.
