  I had a great experience with Burns Buick from start to finish. Purchasing my car was a very smooth transaction everything was handled efficiently, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. I’ve also continued to visit for routine maintenance like oil changes, and every visit has been just as pleasant. The service team is reliable, friendly, and always gets the job done right. Overall, a consistently positive experience. I highly recommend Burns Buick to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or for ongoing service.

  After finding the car I wanted, I approached all of the dealerships in the area—Charleston, Summerville, Florence and Orangeburg. Man, am I glad I went with Burns! Not only was their price so much better than their competitors, but my sales rep (Bill) was phenomenal to work with. He took photos of the car, helped me choose between two that were similar, and made the final decisions so easy. I would definitely buy from Burns again, but I’m asking for Bill!!! He’a got a friend for life, even if he doesn’t want me, lol!

  I am not a fan of the car buying experience. I upgrade my vehicles typically every three years and it is always a nightmare. However, this is the FIRST TIME, in my experience, that the process was smooth and exceeded my expectations. Burns GMC took the time to negotiate the deal over the phone due to my busy schedule. Due to my credit, I did not have a lot for them to work with, but they seamlessly got me to where I needed to be. It does not stop there. When I visited the office to pick up my vehicle, they had said they spent some time on the phone with GM and was able to sweeten the deal even further, even though I was already happy with the deal that I got. I live 2.5 hours away from this dealership, and I am not lying when I say that I will be driving that distance every time I need a new vehicle, and I also highly recommend anyone reading this do the same. Special shout out to DOUG, the salesperson, who brokered this deal and PETER, the finance guy who went to bat for me. As well as BRADLEY, the finance guy who also spent a great deal of time working on this deal to make it happen. I do not have enough good things to say about this dealer. Run, do not walk here, to get your next vehicle! You will not regret it.

  Stopped by Burns Buick GMC and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and willing to answer questions without any pressure. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I appreciated the helpful service and positive atmosphere. Thank you
