This is going to be lengthy but I promise it’s worth the read!! I’ve been trying to buy a car at this dealership for a long time - this is my 4th Hyundai I’ve purchased in a row. My first visit years ago - a salesman didn’t even know how to pronounce the model of the car I was shopping for - for my husband, he told us to go home build the model print out the specs and bring it back and he can see if he can find a car for us… needless to say we went to a different Hyundai dealer and left with a car for my husband that day. I then was in the market a year later for myself and we got his car serviced at Burns bc it’s convenient and close to home so I thought I’d try again to buy a car there. I had a different sales person this time - he was not willing to talk to me on pricing or payments - he presented a menu of options and when I felt it was a little too much instead of working on anything with the price at all instead he had the balls to take me out to the parking lot and show me a completely different model that was cheaper and told me that I need to lower my expectation and get a cheaper model. So that weekend I went to a different Hyundai dealer in the area and bought the exact model I wanted at the payment I wanted - when the Burns rep reached out a week later to see if I thought more about what I said, I simply sent him a picture of my brand new car that WASNT a lower cheaper model and that was exactly what I tried to buy at Burns. My 3rd car Hyundai I didn’t even try again bc why? I went back to my salesman that I bought my other car from. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago - my lease was up I needed a new car, my salesman at the other dealer had retired and honestly the dealer was too far from home. I always use Burns Service department they are literally the best! So on a whim I decided to try Burns Hyundai again and OMG I am so glad I did! I’m not sure if management has changed since all my other tries but the vibe is totally different! I think the man
