a month agoThis is going to be lengthy but I promise it’s worth the read!! I’ve been trying to buy a car at this dealership for a long time - this is my 4th Hyundai I’ve purchased in a row. My first visit years ago - a salesman didn’t even know how to pronounce the model of the car I was shopping for - for my husband, he told us to go home build the model print out the specs and bring it back and he can see if he can find a car for us… needless to say we went to a different Hyundai dealer and left with a car for my husband that day. I then was in the market a year later for myself and we got his car serviced at Burns bc it’s convenient and close to home so I thought I’d try again to buy a car there. I had a different sales person this time - he was not willing to talk to me on pricing or payments - he presented a menu of options and when I felt it was a little too much instead of working on anything with the price at all instead he had the balls to take me out to the parking lot and show me a completely different model that was cheaper and told me that I need to lower my expectation and get a cheaper model. So that weekend I went to a different Hyundai dealer in the area and bought the exact model I wanted at the payment I wanted - when the Burns rep reached out a week later to see if I thought more about what I said, I simply sent him a picture of my brand new car that WASNT a lower cheaper model and that was exactly what I tried to buy at Burns. My 3rd car Hyundai I didn’t even try again bc why? I went back to my salesman that I bought my other car from. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago - my lease was up I needed a new car, my salesman at the other dealer had retired and honestly the dealer was too far from home. I always use Burns Service department they are literally the best! So on a whim I decided to try Burns Hyundai again and OMG I am so glad I did! I’m not sure if management has changed since all my other tries but the vibe is totally different! I think the man

2 months agoI recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from Burns, and the entire experience was phenomenal. Our salesperson, Chris, truly listened to our needs and helped us get exactly what we wanted. The finance manager, Alex, was also absolutely amazing to work with. We came to Burns after having a not-so-great experience at another dealership, and everyone here was so understanding and empathetic about what we had previously gone through. They genuinely went above and beyond to make this the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. I can honestly say I’ll continue going back to Burns for all future vehicles — and that says a lot because I typically do not enjoy the car-buying process, lol. From the moment you walk through the doors, to the moment you leave, and even the follow-up check-ins afterward, the team at Burns makes you feel valued and taken care of. Absolutely incredible people all around!

a month agoI went to purchase a car expecting the sales representative (Moshe)to try to manipulate me into buying a car that would be more of what they wanted me to buy and not exactly what I wanted. That would have sent me somewhere else. Instead I got a great experience from a veteran Representative that made sure I got everything I told him I wanted! Great Job! Thanks Burns and thanks Moshe!!!

a month agoI am extremely disappointed with my experience at Burns Hyundai's service department. I have called numerous times to have a recall completed on my vehicle. Initially, I was told the required part was on backorder and that I would receive a call when it became available. After waiting about three weeks without hearing anything, I called back myself and was able to schedule an appointment for three weeks later. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told they did not have the part and that my appointment was not even on the schedule, despite the fact that I had an email confirming the service date and appointment details. This was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, I later noticed something hanging from the underside of my vehicle. Since I have a bumper-to-bumper warranty, I called the service department and was told that a service advisor or manager would call me back. No one ever did. I called again and was specifically told that Service Advisor Joe would contact me. Once again, I never received a return call. Now, after finally getting the recall appointment scheduled, I was told that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle when I dropped my car off. However, when I arrived, I was informed that no loaners were available. This was yet another example of poor communication and a lack of follow-through. The level of customer service has been unacceptable. When I purchased the vehicle, everyone was eager to help and provide excellent service. Now that I need assistance with a recall and warranty concerns, I cannot get calls returned, appointments are mishandled, and promises are not honored. The lack of communication, organization, and accountability is frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better from Burns Hyundai.

4 months agoI had a great experience buying my car here! The whole process was surprisingly fast and easy — not at all what I expected from a dealership visit. A huge shoutout to Sal, who made the entire experience. He was laid-back, never pushy, and made sure the whole transition was completely smooth. If you’re looking for a no-stress car buying experience, ask for Sal. I’ll definitely be back!
