“This was one of the quickest car buying experiences I have had and I have purchased upwards of 60 vehicles over the past 25 years. Many of the details were arranged over the phone via text and email so our new 2027 Telluride SX Prestige AWD was shiny and ready the morning arrived to test drive. Bryan did an excellent job of setting everything up and making things flow smoothly. Once I decided that it was what I wanted, I was in and out of finance within an hour. Buster Miles is very good about not playing games, no nonsense, no addendums and mark-ups. I was able to walk out with $1500 off which, for a new "hot" vehicle, is pretty good. I will also say they were very quick with the payoff on my trade. I purchased on a Wednesday morning and my trade was paid off by the following Tuesday. As an out-of-state buyer, the only thing I am waiting on now is for the TAVT they collected to be sent to my county tag office in Georgia so I can transfer my wife's specialty plate. It has only been a week so I am hopeful that this will happen over the next 10 days or so. Stay tuned and I will report not if there is an issue. Overall, this was a great experience and a welcome break from some of the games played by the metro Atlanta dealerships. Barring some issue, we will likely return for service visits as well.
