  5 star service from Hello to drive new vehicle out was exceptional ...highly recommend....Michael Gillen sales Professional greeted me and worked hard and quickly to find the perfect truck, had it delivered and waiting for me 2 days later. Test drive and appraisal for my trade was quickly done. Sat down to discuss my needs and wants. Michael listened and acted on my behalf. Troy Stephen's Sr. Worked hard to meet my financial position and discussed my options. We quickly agreed on a price and actions were taken by Troy Stephen's Sr. to get my paperwork in order. Michael Gillen never left my side and helped assure me the entire time. All questions and concern s were addressed to my satisfaction. Troy Stephen's Sr. guided me thru the paperwork, explaining all throughly. Handshakes from Troy and Michael and out the door in my new 2026 Toyota Tundra 4 WD. TOTAL TIME FROM START TO FINISH WAS 2.5 HOURS. WOW... Smooth process with Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Trained, Friendly, staff made this experience very pleasant, quick, and stress free.   A car buying experience doesn’t have to be an uncomfortable one, just as long as you have the right people taking care of you. From start to finish, JD went above and beyond in all capacities! He didn’t short us on our trade, gave us a full and in depth overview of our new 4Runner, and negotiated a reasonable monthly payment in less than an hour.   Overall great experience! I must confess Jerremy upsold the hell out of me… but I’m glad he did! Went in looking at the used selection and ended up driving off the lot with a BEAUTIFUL 2026 Camry and I’m in love with it. The financing was easy and streamlined. Will definitely come back when we’re ready to upgrade my wife’s car!
