  Absolute wonderful experience at Cable Dahmer Lawrence! Recently traded in my older Nissan Rogue for a 2024 Mazda CX5 with representative Micah Smoots. She found me a car and got things rolling right away, making the whole process smooth and easy! Would recommend!

  If I could give zero stars I would complaints filed with BBB, Kia corporate, FTC, as well as social media as well as NHTSA, next up will be local media I am outraged and have been a loyal Kia customer for years, you should be ashamed of yourselves 2021 Kia k5 73,000 miles and has been in service more times then I care to count most recently in September for yet again wiring issues with driver side turn signals not working and saying check turn signal, as well as my car shifting so hard it will jerk you or not wanting to shift at all! I was assured these issues had been fixed but yet here we are yet again and when I contacted service on several occasions now all of a sudden my warranty doesn’t cover it but was then told if I paid 189.99 then he would pull it in and get it covered by my warranty, so now you blackmail your customers as well shame on you, then just today I learned of a recall from 2025 regarding my gas tank, yet I was never notified or made aware of this despite all of my service trips, this is absolutely unacceptable and will take this as far as necessary to gets this resolved, take some accountability and do better

  We recently had a great 5 star exprience with the sales staff at Cable Dahmer Kia of Lawrence. Our salesperson, Jessica Jacobs, was extremely professional, organized, responsive and well educated on the new 2027 Telluride. It was a pleasure working with her to make our purchase. We were impressed with the dealership on a whole and look forward to servicing our new car at this location.

  My husband and I purchased a 2026 Kia K5 today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had an appointment and were assisted by Chris, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We test-drove two models and decided on the GT, which we love. Although the dealership is about an hour away from us, the process was smooth, efficient, and well worth the drive. Highly recommend Chris and the team for anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

  Worked with Garry Kennedy and David Biewirth for my car buying experience, and it was excellent and stress-free. They gave a good trade-in value for my previous car and did not hassle too much when it came to talking about the final numbers. Overall I am satisfied with my new car and recommend them when looking for your next vehicle.
