  Keaton did a wonderful job showing a couple of undecided people around not once, but two different days as we picked out a new car. He wasn't pushy and let the cars speak for themselves. We had a very enjoyable experience and found a car we love. They have a great selection. Weather your looking for a small car or a larger car or something in the middle they can find you something you love too.

  I am giving a 3 star review Because the service department has been very helpful and if it weren't for them, I would be giving a one star review. The reason for the negative review is the salesperson we dealt with was horrible. He has no professionalism and you can tell.He is not a people person. After he sells you a car, if there's an issue he will avoid it or pushing off and keep telling you that he will get back to you the next day. What really got me was that yesterday I was trying to figure out how to go about getting a motor mount replaced on a used vehicle I purchased three weeks ago. After not hearing from him for hours, i reached out to the service department myself to address the issue. Then my salesperson said that they would take care of me and to bring the vehicle in and bring it up front and drop the keys off, however, while I was walking into the building, I received a phone call from the service advisor and he told me that I could just pull it back and he would help me out. My salesperson's name is JC his business card reads juancarlos and he was heading to lunch so I figured since the service advisor told me to pull it up, everything was fine. 4 hours later, I receive a text message from JC asking who I left the keys with, and when I told him then I already had gotten taken care of and they had already brought my car back to me. He said that he was confused and asked, who worked on my car. I told him I did not know but I was told by the service advisor to pull it to the service bay. JC had the nerve to respond to me and tell me word for word "that was not what I told you to do. But okay". That to me is very unprofessional. He also responded four hours after he told me to drop my keys off Which shows that I wasn't even a priority because nobody takes a four hour lunch. Be very careful buying a used vehicle from them, they claim to do a 31 point inspection. However, my air cabin filter was disgusting and I had worn motor mounts. Although the motor m

  I had dreaded going through the car buying ordeal but Nikki made it painless - even pleasant. She was not pushy in the least. She was patient, honest, warm, and a great listener! I felt that she worked hard to get a deal that worked for me. She also made the process go much faster than expected while totally working around my schedule. Hector in finance was also kind and personable as he explained details in a very down to earth way. From a woman’s perspective (and of the silver variety), I didn’t feel patronized or that anyone was trying to take advantage of my car buying inexperience. And I’m totally enjoying my Sporty Kia Sportage!!

  If I could give this dealership zero stars I would! Bought a brand new telluride and was looking back at the records and the sneaky underlining stuff they pulled is CRAZY! Also took it up there to get recall work done so they gave us a loaner car and they said they would call when it was finished! The loaner car was absolutely disgusting dirt all over the seats dog hair everywhere! We told the guy about all the hair and dirt when we were doing the walk around before bringing it home he said eh we aren’t worried about the inside! Pretty bad when you have to clean your loaner before taking it home! Then of course they never called after the recall work was done we had to call to ask if it was done! I will never go back to this place and wouldn’t recommend to anybody!
