  Sammie was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying our car. She were very informative, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. Car buying can be stressful, but she made it a really smooth and easy experience. We truly appreciated her kindness and great personality! We love our new car and will definitely be coming back to for any future vehicle purchases!

  We had an amazing experience buying at with Sammi at Cadillac of Marin! From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. She is a very sweet person. Victor was also so kind and helpful throughout the process. The whole team made us feel welcomed and taken care of. If you're looking to buy a Cadillac, I highly recommend Cadillac of Marin and working with Sammi and Victor.   I had amazing experience here Cadillac dealership in San Rafael 5 ⭐️ . I drove a hour and twenty minutes for the dealership in Marin county, the experience was amazing and totally worth it. Wanna special shoutout to Rami and Victor for making such a smooth, no pressure process, amazing customer service they walked me through everything, and not only helped but went above and beyond in helping meeting my needs. I would definitely recommend! and will return, if I’m in the market for a vehicle again!

  We had an amazing experience at Cadillac Marin, when we purchased our BEAUTIFUL 2023 Cadillac CT-4. We enjoyed the welcoming, no-pressure atmosphere of this friendly dealership. Manny C. explained in detail, the wonderful features of the CT-4, making sure it met all of our vehicle needs. Victor D. gave us an extremely fair, and compatible price for our trade-in vehicle. We were relieved we did not have to sell the car ourselves. Rami A. was very knowledgeable, and kind as we reviewed our financial options. We are so happy that our monthly payment is much lower than we anticipated. The purchasing of our Cadillac CT-4 was very enjoyable! We sincerely appreciate the considerate and experienced staff, at Cadillac Marin. WE LOVE OUR CADILLAC!

  Great purchasing experience at Cadillac Marin. The dealership has a technology system that eases the purchase process, very impressive. When completed, all signed documents were sent to us via email. No big stack of papers. I Like that. The Sales Team is knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating, easy to work with. No pressure. Clean modern showroom, comfortable seating, connoisseur coffee station. High tech shop area, highly skilled Automotive Technians.
