  Leasing my new vehicle from Cadillac of Mahwah was honestly one of the easiest car experiences I’ve had. Paul C and Junior M were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, straightforward, no games, no pressure — just smooth from start to finish. The dealership itself is beautiful, clean, organized, and the entire staff carries themselves professionally. You can immediately tell this is a well-run operation and not some chaotic local junk dealer experience. The entire lease process was painless and very easy. Everything was explained clearly, the vehicle was ready properly, and overall the experience matched what buying/leasing a Cadillac should feel like. Highly recommend.

  I had a great buying experience with Cadillac of Mahwah and it was all because of the wonderful salesperson Deanna. She responded to every email and text in a very timely manner, and there were plenty "back & forth", Deanna was extremely knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. I was actually dealing with 3 different Cadillac dealerships and the reason I bought from Cadillac of Mahwah was the professionalism shown by Deanna and their incredible Finance department. They will now have a "customer for life". Thank you De and team.

  I recently had to engage the service department at Cadillac of Mahwah and could not have been more pleased. Donald DePew helped me through the process of getting a wheel repaired. He was extremely professional throughout, handling all of the insurance requirements and was quick to keep me informed of the repair the entire time. Most importantly for me though, was that he was extremely friendly right from the start. This was a really good experience; thanks Don!

  This is the bast Cadillac dealer I ever been to. Very professional and helpful. Mr DePew helped me get the best service with the best price and applied the 10% coupon I had. 5 stars!!

  Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The newly renovated dealership is beautiful and welcoming. Ashley took great care of me—she listened to all of my needs and made everything happen smoothly, without spending all day there. If you’re in the market for a new car, this is definitely the place to go.
