  Brought my car in for annual maintenance. Excellent service! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took me in right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and kept me in the loop without trying to pressure me into buying things I didn't need. They even gave me a ride to a restaurant to wait, and returned my car freshly washed as a bonus. It’s hard to find a shop this honest and professional. I'll definitely be back!

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Bobby. I found my perfect Kia online and Bobby helped execute the process of purchasing this vehicle with complete effeciency and ease. I felt Bobby genuinely cared about my needs and keeping this experience as simple as possible through efficient communication and transparency throughout the entire process. The icing on the cake was that he personally delivered my Kia to me at my home per my request. Bobby and his team went above and beyone to assure this experience was everything I wanted it to be. Highly recommend- easist car buying experience ever!

  I bought a new car here 4 and a half years ago and it was easy enough. The transaction overall was a good experience. I haven't seen any reviews regarding the Service Department so I just wanted to take a minute and let people know how great their service division is. Everyone is polite, knowledgable and they have always serviced my car in a timely manner and kept me abreast of progress along the way. This entire dealership and service division consistently delivers a 5-Star experience. Very pleased with them overall.

  From my first contact with Bobby Shupe, he was helpful, patient, and not high pressure. The experience at the dealership was perfect. He spent time as we negotiated, and after the deal was made, spent time explaining the features as well as setting up many of them. Since I was coming from Martha's Vineyard, I told him from our first conversation that I wanted to do the deal in the same day and he made that happen, within the parameters of boat travel! A thoroughly painless experience. He reiterated several times that he would be available should I have questions, and even called 5 days later to check in. I would recommend Bobby highly! And I am enjoying my new car immensely!

His honesty and transparency built immediate trust, and his friendly, approachable demeanor made the experience enjoyable instead of stressful.
