  Had a great experience buying my truck here! Brian was fantastic to work with. I felt no pressure to buy and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Drew was equally great and really made me feel like a valued customer and helped me get through the purchasing process in breeze. I overall felt like it was a totally professional transaction.   In today’s time it’s hard to trust dealership service departments. Capital, Chrysler of Garner, North Carolina is one you can trust. They do amazing work with great customer service and care. I’ve dealt with Tony in service for years. Great knowledge of there products, super great attitude and willing to go to extra mile to keep customers. I totally recommend this dealership, I only trust this rare apocalypse, TRX to this dealership Wayne Hall

  Had a decent experience buying a new vehicle here. Brian was my sales rep and he was great, not pushy either. Answered all of our questions and made the process seamless. I liked how when my girlfriend and I went for a test drive he sat in the back seat and let her sit up front with me which a sales rep at another dealership we went to was the complete opposite. Bill K handled the finance part and he was also great, very patient and not pushy. Had to go back today to make a change on something and he was very easy going about it. Happy to have a new Jeep!

  I worked with Tanner on the sales side. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Drew was my finance guy. Shout out to him for getting me an amazing deal! Both gentlemen were patient with me. I changed my mind a few times and took time to ponder my options. They never made me feel like I was annoying them even though I’m sure I was sometimes. Go to this dealer if you want a low pressure five star experience. I’ll surely be back to get my wife a car in the near future.
