  If you're looking for someone who genuinely changes the car-buying experience for the better, ask for Jesse. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he stood out--not because he was pushy or overly polished, but because he was real. Jesse took the time to actually listen to what I needed, not just what would make a quick sale. He asked thoughtful questions, explained my options clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What really impressed me was his knowledge and honesty. If something wasn't the best fit for me, he said so--no gimmicks, no upselling, just straightforward advice. That level of integrity is rare in this industry, and it made the entire process feel comfortable and even enjoyable. Jesse also went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled smoothly. From test driving to paperwork, he made everything seamless and stress-free. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt confident in my purchase and genuinely appreciated the experience.   Below is my review of 5 months ago. Since then I have a totally different view of this dealership. They They sent me an email saying it was time for an oil change. My car was having problems and asked they look at that too. When I came to Kia MO Val that morning I was told I didn't need an oil change for another two thousand miles and they would look at the problem with my car at that time as well. I left confused but thought "Okay!" I spoke with the service manager there and he was nice and He basically said I needed to get it in. But after thinking about it I called another Kia dealership and they were totally different. I am taking my car to the other dealership tomorrow. I had the best time today buying a car that I have ever had in my life. Tom is a great sales person. He was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable, very nice and efficient. Brandon the finance guy was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable too. If I ever need another car I will go back to this place because they didn't keep me there for hours or try to push their financing on me. They were great. Also my Kia Soul has great reviews and its certified so I got a great warranty with the purchase. I love this place and highly recommend it.

  We had an amazing experience working with Michael Fouad. He truly went above and beyond for us. We purchased a vehicle for my daughter, and Michael made the entire process seamless, quick, and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Because of the outstanding service we received, I would absolutely do business again with both Michael Fouad and Chia. They made today incredibly special for me and my daughter. This is her first new car purchase, and thanks to them, it will always be a memorable and positive experience. Highly recommend!
