  I loved the way Max really took care of us while purchasing the sequoia capstone. He was very patient and understanding about any questions or concerns we had about the vehicle. We will be purchasing from this dealership again in the future!!

  Terrible experience. Unfortunately I have been coming to this ignorant dealership for quite some time for maintenance. I finally saw this dealership’s true colors after my last oil change. They somehow managed to put a part on my truck that isn’t even Toyota after changing my Tundra’s oil. I came back to get another oil change with no notice of their error. No surprise, this mistake stripped out my oil pan which resulted them in getting an entire new oil pan for $1000. It would’ve made sense to own up to the mistake and replace the part, but unfortunately this dealership has no intention in keeping goodwill for their customers. Nikki who was in charge of my service refused to talk to me as soon as I brought up lawyers, as did Phil the manager who tried to make me pay full for a mistake they made in the first place. I have the paper trail of myself going to this dealership for maintenance for an oil change and they tried to twist it into me going to somebody else. I had to bring up lawyers to Phil just for him to finally accept to pay for the part. I will never come to this dealership again and deal with their incompetent mechanics or service people. I would advise not coming here unless you want your vehicle to be damaged by the technicians and have the service people attempt to make you pay full for their idiotic mistakes. I would give zero stars if I could, I do not recommend.

  Nikki Yarbrough is amazing. We have requested her for 6 years to take care of our 2 Toyota vehicles. She is friendly, professional, and honest - always dependable to take care of us and our vehicles. The dealership is friendly and never wait long for our service. 10/10

  Our car broke down while on a driving trip through Mississippi. The service department was fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem helped us with a rental for the day. Couldn't have asked for more professional and courteous service. Highly recommend!
