a year agoWhat can I say, it was an remarkable experience! I came in on Saturday the 10th of May after my 1998 Ford Ranger had broke down. I had poured quite a bit of money into the truck, and after months of research, and friends telling me of Carousel Preowned, I finally pulled the plug and rode my ebike there to see their selection. Boy was I impressed, when I arrived the owner met me with a respectful smile, I told him right off the bat I was looking for a newer vehicle along with my situation and he replied "well, we do sell vehicles!". It was fun and inviting. Immediately they got me hooked up with a Lewey Mac and we kicked it off from there. I told Lewey what I was looking for, he listened. Told him my budget range, and again he listened. Usually I'm hesitant on salespersons, but this experience did not disappoint. He walked me through the process, and made the whole experience worthwhile. Once outside, after talking about my adventurous lifestyle, what vehicles I like, and what I do not care for, he did not hesitate and led me to the wonderful 2017 Subaru Outback. Taking it on a test drive the same day, I was impressed, and the level of detailing, cleanliness, and quality of the vehicle did not disappoint! Additionally, he let me look under the hood, inspect the car, answered all my questions, and made the experience engaging. That's great sales right there. Didn't even need to look at another vehicle after we came back. With a great price, excellent service, and getting paperwork finalized, I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Subaru Outback! The whole experience was remarkable. I felt invited, understood, listen too, and engaged by not just Lewey, but everyone there. The level of hospitality was on another level. I highly recommend Carousel Preowned! After driving away, I've never felt more confident in a vehicle purchase in my life! Thank you to everyone there who made my first real car buying experience a blessing.

2 months agoWe have purchased a couple vehicles from Carousel Preowned. The process was quick and easy, and the staff was amazing. John went above and beyond for us. If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Carousel Preowned.

4 months agoMy fiancé purchased a 2019 BMW X3 from this shop that has been in the shop more than we’ve gotten to have it. My frustration isn’t with the vehicle breaking buying preowned vehicles especially BMW is known to happen. My frustration is the refusal for help with the vehicle. Everytime we call and aren’t saying we’re looking to buy a car the people on the line seem to get an attitude. My last call with what I believe was a salesman named Taylor who said “ I didn’t sell you the car I didn’t make anything” like because he didn’t sell me the vehicle he couldn’t answer any of my questions. I basically was told I should be grateful they paid for the starter that went out the day we bought it. Service manager John told me he worked there 25 years but” doesn’t know his direct line” Again not mad at the car breaking just mad at the lack of customer care for my fiancé who works 12-14 hour shifts and can’t really deal with it. They seem to only want to sell a car and then your on your own. Complete lack of customer service. I’m buying a car for myself now and am definitely looking elsewhere. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Edit: the responses to my fiancé and myself under these reviews are untrue they helped with absolutely nothing after the starter went out after we took it home from purchase. Which I’d say is the very least a dealer ship with any customer service would do. My issue is with your response and attitude towards customers after purchase which is garbage to say the least. We still don’t even have a license plate bracket because Trey will never call you back. It’s the first thing you offered to do for us and still haven’t. The first call back I got after I left reviews weeks after a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, which they had me take to a tire shop which said it was “fine” now engine is needing warranty repair. I couldn’t answer so John decided to leave a rude message apparently he’s the “General Manager” and as such I’d say he’s not very knowledgeable nor professional, stay

2 months agoStaff were kind but the website and information given is misleading. After viewing a vehicle online (including pictures) and speaking with a couple salesman over the phone, we drove to view and test drive a vehicle - what they failed to include in pictures, failed to disclose over the phone (even with us asking about the vehicle) was that there was body damage.. and not just in one spot, but multiple spots. Then stated they had no information on it, stating there were no accidents. On top of it all, one of the damages caused rust, which the solution provided to the rust was to just paint over it. Not sure if it was a one off and we just had a poor experience - but it was enough we will not ever purchase there.

a year agoHad a great experience with upgrading my 2013 Ford Escape to a 2022 Escape! Matt was an amazing salesman and was not pushy at all and showed all the different features it had as well as took it for a test drive. The process was fast and smooth and I was able to come home with the vehicle the same day! TJ was also amazing with all the finances and had a very good attitude which made the purchasing process all the better too! Matt told me even after buying the car if any questions are concerns pop up to reach out to him and we would get it figured out which was also amazing as it gave me more reassurance with the purchase! I would totally recommend this dealership as they are there for the customer 100%. Thank you again Matt and Tj for making this a great experience!
