  Went to look at mini vans as my husband and I have three kids and have talked about the forth and not long after we got there Dason welcomed us at the front door I asked about a maroon van that was on the lot. He set me up for a test drive and I feel in love with it. Did some paperwork and now I'm proud to say I'm mamma rockin the mini van life now. Dason is a magnificent salesman I would recommend him anytime.

  My elderly mother originally purchased her Dodge Journey from Chase/Chance Scott, the previous owner of the dealership. Years later, after ongoing mechanical issues ultimately resulted in the engine failing, I reached out looking for answers—not expecting to buy another vehicle. Instead of making excuses or hiding behind policies, owner Carl Reinhart personally stepped in. Carl gave me his personal cell phone number, reviewed years of repair history himself, built a complete timeline of the vehicle, and called me exactly when he said he would. Every conversation was honest, transparent, and professional. He never rushed to conclusions or defended the situation before understanding it. He gathered the facts first, then focused on finding the best possible solution. Although the Journey ultimately wasn’t repairable, Carl worked with us to get my mother into a dependable Honda Civic. At no point did I feel pressured. I felt heard. More importantly, my mother was treated with dignity, kindness, and respect throughout the entire process. As someone who manages a large organization myself, I pay close attention to how leaders respond when things go wrong. Carl handled this exactly the way I would hope any leader would—gather the facts, build the timeline, communicate openly, and focus on solving the problem. That’s exactly what he did. It’s easy to judge a business when everything goes right. The true measure of a dealership is how it responds when a customer has a difficult situation. Carl inherited this issue from a previous ownership, yet he treated it like it was his own responsibility. That says a great deal about his character and the way he leads his dealership. Thank you, Carl, for doing the right thing, treating my mother with genuine compassion, and reminding me that true customer service and ownership still exist!

  Carville is laid out so flawlessly.. They have a layout that helps you fall in love with something before even sitting in the vehicle. Eye candy, if you will. Dason, my salesman, went above and beyond to help me feel confident about my purchase. Especially, for me, after having such a traumatic past experience with a different dealership. The crew at Carville and Dason gave me a very reassuring experience, and I thank them tremendously! Buying a car in these times is very scary especially for a single woman and they gave me the upmost hope I was making the right decision! Go here. Ask for Dason. You'll be glad you did!

  I’ve bought 3 Jeeps from these guys and had some service done, awesome experience! The folks at Carville are really professional and nice and fair too. When it’s time for my next vehicle, or when I need some repair or mods, I’m definitely going back here. 👍👍 Best dealer I’ve found in Tennessee, or other states I’ve lived in. As for Carl, he’ll treat you right!

  Dason, was amazing and very transparent, which made my whole car-buying experience easy and stress-free. The entire process was smooth with constant communication throughout my search. He answered all of my questions while I was researching this vehicle and never made me feel pressured. Honestly, he was so laid back that it helped me feel comfortable and trusting with this car lot. I’ve been to several dealerships before this one and had lost trust in salesmen and dealerships, but the staff here were very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I just got my car today, so we’ll see how this baby runs, but so far the experience has been great! Thank you dason and Terry for making my purchase a great experience. I highly recommend.
