  My wife and I have purchased our last five vehicles through Central Maine Auto Group, and we have consistently had excellent experiences. We have always worked with Jake L., and his professionalism and customer-focused approach are a large part of why we continue to return. Unfortunately, during this most recent purchase, Jake was on vacation. In his absence, I worked with another salesperson who was young and enthusiastic, though he appeared somewhat distracted throughout the process. Overall, the Jeep I purchased is a very nice vehicle. However, I did bring one concern to the salesperson’s attention prior to completing the purchase. There is visible paint bubbling along the front edge of the hood, extending nearly the full width. I asked whether there was anything that could be done to address this issue. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed, and I was told, in effect, that nothing would be done and that I would simply have to accept it as-is. This response felt dismissive and lacked empathy. Because of this interaction, I do not anticipate working with this salesperson again. If necessary, I would prefer to wait until Jake returns from vacation for any future purchases. Based on our prior experiences, I believe he would have either explored potential solutions or, at the very least, addressed the concern with greater understanding and professionalism. To be clear, I remain satisfied overall with Central Maine Auto Group and appreciate the positive experiences we have had over the years. However, this particular interaction fell short of the standard I have come to expect. If the paint issue is something I must ultimately address on my own, I will do so.   I thoroughly enjoyed my time navigating the purchase of this vehicle. I knew buying new was not in the cards and I felt very comfortable talking with with.the sales associate, Steven Spencer, about the situation. He was very.considerate and asked the right questions to help me make the right purchase. Over the years my husband and I have had several sales people there and most hqve beem great but I feel Steven exceeded them. No pressure and genuinely made sure to put my needs first. This is the kind of experience.that keeps and has kept my husband and I coming back for over the last 30 years. Thank you Steven Spencer!

  This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Jake in the last two years. Our experience with him during my wife's purchase is exactly why I sought him out again for my Jeep. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted, so the sale was straightforward, but Jake still took the time to walk through every step to ensure I was completely satisfied. I also want to recognize Dave, who worked hard to find financing that fit my needs and secured the rate and terms I was looking for. I was very pleased with the trade in offer as well, it felt fair and reasonable. If I'm counting correctly, this is the seventh vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Central Maine Motors Auto Group. From sales to service, we've always been impressed by your honestly and fair deals.

  I have very good results at this place! Kim and her team have treated me extremely well and have held zero information from me whether it was good or bad. I have always had recommendations and given choices on what to do with my vehicle, depending on what I can afford and what I cannot. I am very satisfied.

  Bought a 2017 Ram 1500 Wholesale.They gave me the list of the defects that prevented a valid sticker, including thrown codes, and clearly discussed my options. They towed it to the garage of my choosing, and after all the work was performed, the truck is stickered and ready to go at a significant discount from the actual value for the year and mileage. Stephen was straight forward and very helpful. I will return in a few years when it is time to upgrade.
