3 months agoI traded my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2026 Ram 1500 Rebel, although I couldn’t get one with a panoramic sunroof, I am loving my new Ram and all it’s other features. Brandon’s efforts deserves recognition, he has been so helpful throughout this whole experience. I will definitely recommend buying or leasing your new/next vehicle with him. Thank you Brandon for all your help, efforts, responses, follow ups and ensuring everything got done in a timely matter. Genesis and I appreciate it.

7 months agoI got approved with 60K loan with just one fun on my low credit score. And without pay stubs to ask! Just like that!🐻 Now it seems to me that It has to be a big muscle to challenge my ability to finance and #dodge and #ram my negative thoughts!😅🥲💐

4 months agoThis dealership is not to be trusted. 1. They provided a clean Carfax but upon inspection the vehicle they showed me had clearly been in an accident. 2. The price they advertise will most likely be a lie. The will add on for an alarm system and tracking device that you never asked for, don't want and try to charge you upwards of $2,000. Ever pay $2k for an alarm system? Me neither! 3. The 3rd rate sales manager Ronnie Bostek is confrontational, a liar and not to be trusted. I have all the communication and recorded our conversation, so if he wants to dispute it, he's welcome to try!

4 weeks ago🚨 UPDATE: STILL NO RESOLUTION 🚨 Three months ago, I shared my experience with my 2025 Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, I’m back with the exact same update: I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY VEHICLE. I purchased my brand-new Wrangler in April 2025. It has now been sitting at the Cerritos dealership since December 2025 because of a loss-of-power safety recall. Months later, there is still no repair, no estimated completion date, and no clear answer as to when I’ll get my vehicle back. The Service Director instructed me to open a case with Stellantis. I provided every piece of information they requested and was told they would contact the dealership and follow up with me. I’m still waiting. No callback. No solution. Meanwhile, my family continues to make monthly payments on a vehicle we haven’t been able to drive for months. We purchased a new vehicle expecting reliability and peace of mind—not to be left paying for something sitting in a service department indefinitely. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication and accountability. Every update has been the same: “There is no update.” No timeline. No permanent solution. No meaningful assistance. This has been, without question, the worst vehicle ownership experience I’ve ever had. I am sharing this because consumers deserve to know what can happen when a major safety recall has no available fix. No one should be expected to continue making payments on a vehicle they cannot use while receiving little to no communication from either the dealership or the manufacturer. I am asking Stellantis and Jeep to step in and finally provide a fair resolution. Months without a vehicle is unacceptable. If anyone else has experienced something similar, I’d like to hear how your situation was resolved. #Jeep #JeepWrangler #Stellantis #Recall #CustomerService #ConsumerRights #Cerritos

He was very attentive and made sure they carried the filter for my car because he said they hardly work on fiat. I waited for about one hour to get my car back. But before that he came to me and let me know he was going to break but that another gentleman was gonna help me because my car was almost done.. much better service I experienced then champion dealer in downey..
