  Champion Chevy of Avon has an impressive, family-friendly facility with a great kids' play room. The sales manager was also incredibly polite and did his best to salvage a tough situation. However, I heavily caution out-of-town buyers about frontline communication. I confirmed specific details with my salesman before committing to a 4-hour drive (8 hours round-trip) to buy a 2025 Blazer EV RS, and was told it was ready to go and in good condition. I SPECIFICALLY asked for pictures of any damage before we made the trip. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed on the car was damage on the trunk area, and the shark fin antenna missing. Something that stands out very clearly in person. On top of that, the car had just arrived on the lot and hadn't even passed safety or service inspections yet, meaning the dealership legally couldn't even sell it to us that day. It raises a serious question as to why we were cleared to drive 4 hours for an unsellable vehicle. They were fully aware of how far we were driving for this vehicle. Furthermore, the car had 14% battery, the TPMS light was active and it pulled heavily to the right because service hadn't touched it. Fixing the damage would have added $1,800 to the vehicle cost, so we ultimately chose to walk away. I respect the management team, but a simple walk-around by the sales staff to ensure the car was actually legal and ready to sell would have saved my family an 8-hour trip and 500 miles on our car

  Had a great time! Met DuJuan and took test drive in Equinox EV RS AWD and ot is a wonderful ,quiet ,comfortable customer. Also ,got to drive new Blazer SS and it was also great! Powerful,comfortable sports SUV. DuJuan really knows what he is doing and answered any questions we had. Wonderful experience! Thank you!

  I’ve bought 5 new trucks in my lifetime. The most recent purchase at Champion Chevrolet was my 5th new truck. First time dealing with Champion. It was the easiest most enjoyable car experience I’ve ever had. The truck was priced right. The salesman DaJuan was personable and friendly (not in a fake car salesman way) but truly a friendly guy. He was very detailed and explained everything very well.Due to my age (55) and the fact that I take very good care of my vehicles and keep them for so long I probably won’t be buying any new trucks anymore but I will tell everyone I know who is looking to buy a new car or truck to give Champion and DaJuan a try. They won’t be disappointed. Thanks again!!!

  I had an excellent experience at Champion Chevrolet, and I can’t say enough good things about Christian! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. Christian took the time to really listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me explore options that actually fit my needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, explained features clearly, and was patient with all of my questions. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process—it made a huge difference and built a lot of trust. The whole experience, from test driving to finalizing paperwork, was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. He kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and made sure I was confident in my decision every step of the way. If you’re going to Champion Chevrolet, I highly recommend asking for Christian. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience!

  Matt and team was wonderful, no waiting at all. Purchased a van out of state, drove over and picked it up… super clean, fuel was full and we rolled out.. Thank you for a wonderful experience
