a month agoVery pleased on how my salesman (Scott) went to get the Jeep that I wanted down to the color and interior color too! Then sent me a photo once it arrived.

3 months agoExcuse the long review, but Charlie’s Dodge has been my third time purchasing a car, all of those times being remote. To say the least, working with Rocky and Brad was one of the best experiences I’ve had throughout the entire purchasing process. Rocky was extremely patient throughout my hesitation and worked with my busy schedule over the course of a couple weeks to help make the deal come together. He was very proactive about staying in touch, following up when necessary, and consistently made himself available whenever I had questions. He also went above and beyond by sending multiple videos and photos whenever I requested them, which made the remote buying process much easier and more comfortable. If the opportunity to work with Rocky came up again, I would without a doubt choose to work with him again. Brad was also great and went above and beyond to help structure a deal that felt like a win for both parties, making sure the numbers worked in a way that felt fair and comfortable on my end as well. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. I was always met with patience and professionalism and felt completely comfortable moving at my own pace. Overall, I can’t express enough how great my experience was here and how awesome everyone was throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Charlie’s Dodge to anyone in the market. I can’t thank them enough.

3 months agoMy 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed to this dealership after hitting a deer on December 13, and the dealership received the vehicle on December 15. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into an ongoing and extremely frustrating experience that has now lasted more than nine weeks. From the very beginning there has been quality concerns. I had to retrieve a garage opener from my vehicle, and found my vehicle with the hood open and the engine bay soaked from a day and half of freezing rain. The vehicle was kept until January 21, but the repairs were clearly not completed properly. After picking it up, I had to return two additional times because issues were missed or not fixed correctly. Around February 13, I discovered that multiple important suspension components and damage to the hood had either not been addressed at all or had been repaired improperly. These are critical components related to the safety and structural integrity of the vehicle, which makes the oversight even more concerning. Repairs started again on February 16, and as of today I have been told they are only now beginning work on the suspension components and will still need to send the vehicle back to the body shop afterward. That means my vehicle has effectively been in and out of this dealership’s possession for over nine weeks due to incomplete and inadequate repairs. This situation has involved repeated visits, multiple conversations, delays, and a great deal of inconvenience. The lack of thorough inspection, quality control, and accountability throughout this process is extremely disappointing. At this point, I have very little confidence that the repairs will be completed correctly when the vehicle is finally returned. I am requesting that dealership ownership or upper management review this situation immediately. Given the amount of time, the repeated repair attempts, and the safety-related components that were overlooked, I believe this situation warrants serious at

a month agoAlways a great experience dealing with Scott Weiss at Charlie’s Dodge. But don’t ever consider using Directions Credit Union to handle your lease financing.

2 months agoMan I can’t say enough about these guys. I drove 60 miles for a deal on a truck that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Not only that, they made the process easy, painless, quick and enjoyable. The sales manager Jonathan was very enjoyable and personable to chat with and my sales guy Rocky was laid back, easy going, knowledgable, communicative and really went above and beyond to earn my business. Really down to earth people here and lay it out straight for ya. I will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle. Thank you guys for the A+ service!!!!!
