  Just bought another KIA from them. We had Lucas for our salesman and he was TERRIFIC! He is new and honestly we have been to other dealerships with the sales people not new and yet didn't know anything about the vehicles so we were a little hesitant. He proved us WAY WRONG. He knew answers to our questions and if he didn't know he found them out. He had a great personality! Not pushy at all and beyond patient. It took me 4HRS to decide between 2 different colored vehicles. I am NOT exaggerating. Lucas and Joe went above and beyond!!!!!!! 4hrs later I chose the vehicle and purchased it. The dealership customer service from all TOP NOTCH! Building clean and bathrooms best I have seen in many years out in public!!!

  Tim worked hard to get me the deal I needed to make my dream become a reality. I’ve owned 4 Sportages and this was the most amazing upgrade to date! I truly appreciate all that was done to keep me a Charlie’s customer.

  My wife and I went to Charlies this past week, Max greeted us outside and was super helpful through the whole process. We took a test drive, drove away with a brand new Telluride! We got through the sale, Luke in financing was a rock star and found us a better rate. Was quick, easy, and just overall a really great experience. We're excited for the car wash! We really appreciated everyone at Charlie's and it was a really comfortable atmosphere. Will come back next time we're in the market!

  10/10 will forever have my car buying business and service. There was a small hiccup when I bought my car regarding the rear entertainment system I wanted but Charlie’s took accountability and made it right. I recently had a mouse chew some wires on my car and they heard my concerns and instantly put me in a loan while they worked hard to figure it out and even went a step of working with my insurance for me! I am a mom of two and not only put me in car that fits my needs as a mom but still got me that cool fully loaded blacked out mom SUV at a great price. Made sure I had a safe same sized SUV while they fix mine with no disruption to my day at all. Watch out I may be back that 2027 telluride looks real nice!! Thank you again to the wonderful staff at Charlie’s Kia and service !!!!

  I did not purchase my vehicle from Charlie's but decided to give them a try for service. They were polite, professional, and went the extra mile to make the experience as easy as possible. I'll definitely be back to have all my vehicle service needs a come dates by Charlie's Service.
