  Everything about this dealership is top notch - from the service to sales to the wonderful staff. Also, I want to send a special shout out to Cassidy Webber, who recently helped me purchase a Lexus NX 200 for my daughter. Cassidy has been amazing to work with. She is helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. From the minute we started talking to her, she put us completely at ease. I had no idea the process of buying a car could be so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Cassidy and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car (or get their car serviced.)   I bought a vehicle from out of state. Special thanks to Mike Meyer and the team for the amazing experience. Mike worked with me via email to find a deal that worked for both of us, picked me up from the airport when I flew in to make the purchase, and followed up promptly on any questions I had in the days after. Thanks to Shaun as well for efficiently taking care of the paperwork and getting us out the door in no time at all.

  We recently purchased a 2023 outback limited at this dealer. When we went we were not intending to buy but the sales person Cassidy Sebber was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful we did purchase the outback. The warranty and all services performed by lexus really impressed us. Cassidy worked with sales manager and they make the purchase so easy The finance person was outstanding and he really helped us. Without CASSIDY we definely would not have purchased the vehicle. She is a real asset to lexus. Mr. & Mrs. Edmiston

  Darryl Smith in the service department is amazing! He is incredibly efficient and always made sure I was well taken care of. Loaner vehicles were never an issue, and I could always trust him to recommend exactly what I needed without pushing unnecessary “extras.” I was so impressed with the quality of service that purchasing two more Lexus vehicles was a no-brainer for me. Lexus makes a great product, but as with any brand, it’s the service department that truly determines your overall satisfaction. When you can bring your car in and feel like you’re working with family, it speaks volumes about the dealership and its commitment to customer service. This is an easy 5 stars!

  Had the best experience at this dealership. Angela and Garrett were friendly, super professional and helped get me a great deal. They went above and beyond for the delivery of the car. It really felt like a luxury experience. This is the first time I had a positive experience while buying a car and will definitely be returning here for my future car buying needs.
