  My second time here. First time bought through gary grunner, that was a great experience . This time around it was spectacular!! Highly recommend asking for Gustavo as the salesman, very professional and funny. He made the dreadful car buying experience such a breeze. Loving my new ride, she's a beast 😁.

  Amanda has been a big help to me from the very beginning of this purchase. I have had an overall great experience with the entire crew at Madras GMC. Even had Patrick stop by my house for something to make my purchase that much more pleasant. BIG thumbs up 👍🏼

  Gus has been a really great help. It’s nice to see that the new owners are keeping up with how it used to be and helping local people purchase a vehicle locally. I was able to get into a dream truck thanks to the team here at Chevrolet GMC. I would 10/10 recommend Gus if you plan on buying a vehicle here

  I have bought 5 Chevrolets and GMCs from this dealer pulse sent numerous other there to buy. Things were great until they sold to a new owner. Service not only is bad but 2 of the 5 have problems that the dealership and GM refuse to fix. They blame every body from the Government to GM. Many others in central Oregon are and will going else where for cars and trucks . In my case the Ford dealer is locally owned and the owner will protect the buyer from the factory's. Again the previous owner's were honest from the sale and to the service 100%. Rick

  We dropped our truck off with a list of the problems written down. The service tech was very friendly and recommended several places in town to eat. They had scheduled a two hour time frame for the work and we went back expecting them to tell us that they would have to keep the truck. Each item on our list had been fixed and our extended warranty paid for all of the work. The technician showed us some things we were unaware of about the truck and we were on our way. A great experience for us.
