  This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with Mark Quimby. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. As someone who was unfamiliar with buying a vehicle, I really appreciated how patient and understanding he was throughout the entire process. Mark worked hard to get me the best deal possible and gave me a great value for my trade-in. More importantly, he made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale.   Chris Nikel started my repair order June 2025, part had no ETA and finally came in February 2026. My Advisor Philip was absolutely amazing! He took such good car of us from start to finish. He got me scheduled for drop off at 4pm on a Thursday and my truck was ready next day in less than 24 hours for my MGU warranty replacement. He got me covered with a rental vehicle and all. 10/10 will go to them with any needs in my future! Next time we need to buy another truck/SUV, we will be coming here for sure.
